We bought this kennel for a homeless cat in our garden. Arrived quickly but the box was split open as the items inside were very heavy. Very clear instructions and it took me (I'm a woman) 30min to assemble it without any help. It was much bigger that we thought! Bedding stayed dry in very heavy rain.

Received the kennel in good time however it was the wrong one! (no wall on the side of the verandah). Not too impressed but didn't want the hassle of having to return it so assembled it anyway. The part with the arched entranceway does not fit well with the surrounding wood and there's a gap which I've had to fill. It rained pretty heavily the past couple of days and I checked inside and the bedding remained dry, so at least that's going for it. All in all, this product is satisfactory, but not perfect. I would probably buy elsewhere next time.

We bought a spike special a few months ago for Milly. it was very easily assembled & all the parts arrived. In fact i have just forwarded your latest offer to a friend who was admiring it & will be purchasing one soon.

Well..the good points- easy one man assembly. the bad- it arrived with a part boken ( tho not surprising coming from zooplus) Much smaller than antisipated, not best quality, but it'll do for now. But we've learnt from our mistake, next time. fork out the money for quality.

Since then, my cat has finally agreed to come inside the house.

The little house is very good and well built, but it came painted with an orange wood protector that has a very strong smell, so strong that I have to keep it far from my house and, of course, my dog won’t risk getting close to it.

Product purchased, easy to assemble, unfortunately there's a gap of about 2 cm in the floor. The dog hasn't slept inside yet, maybe the smell is putting him off.

Easy to assemble. Nice hutch. Only the colour is way off. The one I got was red instead of wood colour.

The hut arrived quickly. It looks pretty good; I bought it for my tomcat’s 14th birthday. Unfortunately, the wood is a bit thin, so I’m curious how long the hut will stay sturdy. The assembly kit is a bit of a hassle because the instructions don’t really explain which boards go where. (Made in China) It took me about 3 hours to put it together. That’s definitely not fun. But I was happy to do it for my cat, and he took to the hut straight away.

We insulated the little house with Styrodur and cork and installed a window. I also gave it a fresh coat of paint. For my cat, it’s become a cosy spot where she can now watch the garden when it rains.

The product is absolutely terrible... All the holes were in the wrong place, I had to redrill every single one myself, and I’m a woman. I could have even overlooked that, but the fact that one side of the roof is smaller than the other is just unacceptable. After all the hassle, I thought I’d keep it if they just sent me a new roof. No, they can’t do that, they’d rather send a partial refund by international transfer. I gave them an account specifically for international transfers, and they told me they can’t transfer to that!
