Excellent kennel very solid well made delivery was very quick and easy built

Along with the cabin, I ordered the matching insulation. The cabin is easy to assemble and looks very pretty. The workmanship is quite high-quality for the price, and the neighbour's stray cat immediately took to the cabin. The cabin had virtually no smell of paint or anything similar, but to be on the safe side, I aired it out for half a day. So, from me, a wholehearted recommendation to buy.

I bought the largest size because I want to use it as a daytime coop with additional run space for my sick chickens. It was put together in no time, the smell will hopefully fade soon, but the stability isn’t great. I guess it’s because the bigger it is, the less stable it gets. I doubt the floor would hold up against a strong dog. But it will "hold" my chickens 😊

The hut has been outside for 2 years now. It has withstood rain, storms, and snow perfectly. For the price, it's excellent and highly recommended!

I bought 2 of these dog kennels for my 10 tortoises. They arrived in 4 days. Well packaged. Easy to understand directions. Took 2 of us 20 minutes on the first and 15 on the second. Would easily fit a good size medium dog with a bed inside. Great product and service. Highly recommend.

The materials feel solid, everything is superbly crafted, and assembly is a breeze. If my species hut had arrived like this, I would have been delighted. It's actually amazing how little you pay for the quality provided.

This kennel arrived quickly and was assembled in very little time, all fixtures nicely packed and well presented, although it looks nice and does the job there were a couple of disappointments. 1 it’s made in China, can’t we make items like this in the UK 2 very lightweight material, 3 bolts only just long enough

I purchased this for outdoor semi-feral cat I have been feeding for 10 years. There is no lip at the back of the house, so nothing to brace the wind from, the front lip could be longer. No ramp, wood soft. Gaps in flooring. I sealed the gaps in floor with silicone & nailed down. Lined the floor & roof with 6mm cork. Then lined the inner walls with cardboard & carpet. Added cardboard to floor along with several fleece blankets. So limited loss of heat & ready for winter. Cat loves it!

As soon as I opened the box, a sharp chemical smell hit me, probably from the varnish. I felt nauseous while assembling it. The shed is now standing unused for a few days to air out. I don’t believe that a varnish with such a strong smell can be harmless to health. Therefore, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product. The only positive point: assembly is straightforward and quick.

The wood splits when screwed in. Dried too quickly... brittle. Easy assembly... Thin wood, gives a flimsy impression. Won't last long.

The hut has been in use for three years now, and we are absolutely satisfied! Our Saint Bernard mix female fits perfectly inside, can stretch out, and loves her hut, which I’ve padded with carpets. It’s on our terrace under the canopy, as it’s also visually appealing. Since the colour has faded in some spots, we simply repaint it from the outside in summer ;-) It will surely keep making us happy for a few more years.... :-)

We bought the hut for our Sheltie puppy and are pleasantly surprised. Even size S is comfortably spacious and will likely suit a fully grown Sheltie as well.

The dog kennel was perfectly fine and easy to assemble. Even though it’s pre-treated, we went over it with wood protection gel. Since we’re using the kennel as a rabbit home, including during winter, we’ve placed the Outback Basic small animal house inside, and the gaps have been padded with straw and wood on the sides.

Both my dogs are thrilled. My 7-year-old lady finds the hut tasty, she tried it and loved it...

...the wood or rather the wood oil doesn’t smell chemical at all. More like essential oils or something. I’ve set up the hut to air it out for now. The doggie isn’t arriving for a few days yet. Let’s see how ‘she’ likes it – I’ll report back. Otherwise, the piece seems sturdy and is a good size for my ‘Slabrador’.

I've just ordered a second one of these kennels for my tortoises. They make ideal summer shelters, especially with the hinged roof, and the torties tackled the plastic door with ease, which keeps the rain out. We just had to make a ramp for them to get in - which of course isn't a problem for dogs. It really is as easy to put together as the description says. Perhaps I ought to get a third for my dog ...

Well, after our initial excitement over such a beautiful and affordable doghouse, we were brought back down to earth with a bump... The doghouse revealed itself to be absolutely *not* weatherproof after just one season. We had it outdoors – as is typical for a doghouse – but despite being in a sheltered location, the roof has completely swollen due to rain exposure just three-quarters of a year after first use. On top of that, nasty, musty mould has spread between the surfaces and on the inside of the roof panel. As already mentioned in the review from 30/11/13, this doghouse is not suitable for long-term use unless it’s placed in a location protected from water and splashes, as it essentially rots away right before your eyes. Such a shame! This simply shouldn’t happen after such a short period of use! One season, and it’s done for... :o))))))

We bought the hut for our German Giants and are VERY satisfied. One is in the stable, and we bought a second one for the garden. Assembly is super easy, and the instructions, including the labelling of the individual screws, are very good. Of course, wood smells when unpacked, but that quickly fades. They love lying inside and on top of it. In the indoor hut, we didn’t insert the floor, so it can simply be lifted out when cleaning and doesn’t need to be cleaned separately. Yesterday, we had 30 litres of rain per square metre, and the hut stayed dry inside, even though it’s not in a sheltered spot. All in all, VERY RECOMMENDED!!!

I have to say, this hut looks absolutely fantastic and is super quick to set up. At first, I was sceptical about whether my Jack Russell would like it... I wasn’t even finished setting it up, and she had already moved in. I lined it with a blanket and cushion, and she took her first nap there on the very first day. I’m happy, and my dog feels completely at ease. My decision was spot on, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. You can’t go wrong with this one!

We bought the hut for indoors because my bulldogs love to snuggle in the dark. It's been standing for over a year now. It didn’t smell of anything, was quick and easy to assemble, and has been rock-solid ever since. I'm glad I bought it and would definitely recommend it.
