When trimming the claws of my dwarf rabbits, I unfortunately had to realise that this pair of scissors is a bit awkward to handle in certain spots, and you have to contort yourself terribly to reach everywhere. It's similar to a pair of children's scissors, which aren't always particularly practical for adults to hold either. Otherwise, the cutting itself works very smoothly, quickly, and painlessly for the animals, as the claws are clipped off cleanly without splitting.

This pair of scissors is simply brilliant!!! Finally, we no longer need an eternity to trim the claws, and our bunny Minnie doesn’t get upset anymore because of it. He doesn’t pull his little foot away in shock either, as the scissors cut the claw cleanly, quickly, and silently. Even our guinea pig lady Foxy now lets us trim her claws completely relaxed. The days of being scorned for daring to shorten their claws are probably over now...

Sounds really great, I’ll be ordering the clippers too. I hope that with my wriggly Rammy, I won’t be “the bad one” anymore who cuts his claws… he absolutely hates it, and as a single, I rely on tools that are easy to handle.

This claw trimmer is really great. My two guinea pigs absolutely hate having their claws trimmed, but with this trimmer, I’m done in just 1 minute. Good for my nerves and my guinea pigs’ nerves too. With other claw trimmers, it always took much longer, and often the claws ended up splitting, but this trimmer is absolutely top-notch.

My two furry friends may not like it when their claws need to be trimmed, but when it has to be done, this pair of scissors works really well. It's very easy to handle and cuts the claws perfectly. I'm very satisfied!

This claw trimmer is great. The claws don’t splinter when cutting, and there’s no sharp tip at the front that could injure the little piggy. For larger rodents (or people with chunky fingers :-) ), it might be a bit on the small side?

I received my parcel with the claw scissors today and, of course, tried them out straight away. Simply brilliant—my rabbits, Krümel and Petersilie, are happy again to have trimmed claws. Really very good!!

Since my bunny gets quite restless when having its claws trimmed, this pair of scissors makes it super easy, even though I previously had a large, expensive clipper that was very cumbersome. It’s small and easy to handle! Even in trickier situations, like when the nail is slightly curved, these scissors are simply brilliant! And they don’t break easily either!

The scissors are quite good; we had no trouble using them to trim the claws of our rabbit and Merlis. However, my husband wouldn’t manage with them, as he has slightly thicker fingers than I do.

Basically, I think this claw clipper is great. My little ones don’t exactly love having their claws trimmed, but with this clipper, they get through "the ordeal" pretty quickly, as it cuts really well, even the thicker claws on their hind legs. Unfortunately, it doesn’t sit quite as comfortably in the hand because it’s rather small. Hence, one point deducted. However, I was really impressed by the super-fast delivery—overnight!

Oh dear, I thought as I unpacked this mini contraption – how on earth am I supposed to trim our big girl’s claws with this? The thing looks like it’s made for dolls – the plastic was so brittle that it shattered the very first time I tried it, and I could practically throw the gadget away before even using it... Such a shame...

With a bit of skill, trimming claws with these scissors is really very easy. I use them for my guinea pig "Erni" as well as for our Westie dog "Trixi". She hates having her claws trimmed, but with these scissors, I always manage to do it really well! Highly recommended!

You simply can't go wrong with these scissors. But for all the newcomers: make sure to ask your vet first how short you can cut the claws. That way, you're only doing something good for your furry friend.

I actually "inherited" the claw scissors along with two of my guinea pigs, but they’re really great because you’d have to be seriously clumsy to cause the claws to splinter with these scissors. Estimating the distances is also easy to manage... Highly recommended for all bunnies and guinea pigs!
