flexi Xtreme harness lead orange, 5 m

Bought 2 of these leads for my dogs. On first use the orange fabric ripped and the second one snapped completely. Both dogs 25kg

With words like "extreme" and "ultra", you'd expect a better quality product... After just a few uses, my young Border Collie gave the lead a single bite and, of course, a hole appeared straight away, making it unusable... I sent a message to the supplier's customer service, but because of a "high volume of requests", I still haven't had a reply. It's really disappointing having to look for another solution now.

Super comfortable to hold in your hand, everything works as it should.

So far, I’m really happy with the lead, it rolls in smoothly. The handle gets a bit slippery when it’s wet—probably just a first world problem 😉 but maybe that could be improved.
