I've bought two of these (size S) harnesses previously, and had to replace the velcro on both with pop fasteners to correct that design flaw, so when one of our dogs outgrew his harness I was pleased to see the medium harness came with a popper instead of velcro. Unfortunately the fastener broke on the second outing ... poor quality materials. I'll be fixing it myself - again ! The rest of the harness is very good, but my advice as a 3-time purchaser now is don't bother with these unless you're willing to put in some time on them to fix the weaknesses.
