The harness is very small,you cannot adjust it,and the catch is too hard to undo,very dissappointed

If buying this harness l advice to go sizes bigger,l order a M and L and the didnt fit.small made. I call customers service and they where excellent. They are refunding my payment and harness going to charity well done zooplus😊

Cannot open the snap clasp so useless !

I ordered a Large (neck 36-40cm) and it is way too small, perhaps the right size for a pug, but not for my medium-sized mutt! In addition, I can't even open the clasp - the plastic is too inflexible, one side doesn't even budge. Possibly if I was very strong and left-handed...!! I am VERY disappointed in this purchase. Yes, it didn't cost a fortune, but I still expected it to work, and fit. Poor show.

Bought 2 of these for my two Shelties. When out a walk a large dog ran over one of my dogs pulled backwards and was out her harness. Ive had to buy a halti link to attach to their collars for safety. Think I will be buying new harnesses. No matter how firmly you attch this to your dog its not escape proof and i dont trust them now.

looks quite well made but of no use because far to small , i ordered and received a large harness but is simply not large size . my dog is prob medium in size and i ordered bigger to fit

A disaster, awful, badly stitched, thin, poor-quality material, terrible that such a supposedly reputable company sells this kind of rubbish :( I used to buy ones that looked identical, thought I was getting the same thing, but this isn't even close to what I had before—it's a cheap knock-off.

I agree with the other customers’ reviews—I’ve bought these harnesses a few times and they were always perfect. But this time I ordered my usual size L and the harness is way too small. I’m disappointed because these were my favourite harnesses.

I agree with the opinion that it used to be a great product—I bought it many times, it was durable, made from good quality materials, really well finished, and the sizing was always spot on. But now, the materials they use are terrible, and the workmanship isn’t much better either. Unless the original product comes back, there’s no point buying it, because it’s just money down the drain.

They used to be great. Over the past 8 years, I think I’ve gone through 4 or 5 of them. The current ones are lower quality, stiffer, and smaller in size.

A very simple set of crockery that isn’t made to a particularly high standard, with a clasp that’s extremely difficult to open. My daughter (16) couldn’t open it at all. The fit is also smaller than the size stated. I’d recommend ordering one size up!
