I originally ordered 3xl for my staffie cross but it was too baggy when she tried it on so contacted Zooplus who replaced it with a 2xl, refunded the difference in price AND let me keep the original one to donate to charity. Great to know that there is still a company out there that values customer service. Thank you!

Used this for the first time this morning in sleet and rain and it is not waterproof. We could squeeze water out of the fleece lining! Better than nothing though

I bought the 6XL dog overall for my Standard Poodle, the size is perfect for him. This product is fantastic value for money, very well made and excellent quality.

My Boston has a 44cm back measurement, so I ordered XL & 2XL to be safe. The 40cm XL fits hims MUCH better than the TOO BIG 45cm overall. Z00plus customer service were excellent and were very quick with the refund for the biiger jacket.

you say you find the coat difficult to zip up because of your arthritis.Can I sugest you don't completely un zip it ,leave the bottom inch or so done up.Then attatch a nice key ring to the zipper pull.It works for me when my hands are bad

Bought XL & 2XL as my Boston measures between the 2, but the 45cm was HUGE on him. He weighs 12.5kg FYI... Contacted customer services and they were superb, as always about the return👍

Bought 3 of these for my 3 boys w as totally delighted with them. The material is great, hard wearing, not flimsy. Have a couple different ones over the years but this one is fantastic

We've all been there, tried the doggy coats that come undone ...fall off when they run etc. I'd all but given up until I saw this jacket ....took a punt and so glad I did! Rosie our Golden Retriever hated me putting on at first, a real struggle. With a bit of encouragement ( dog treats etc ) we found the best way was rear legs first, then do the zip up a bit and press the stud closer.....then do her front legs and complete the zip / front stud ...Photo proves she now accepts it. Great value.

I bought this coat for our cockapoo called Maggie because we like to walk in the woods and she gets caked in mud and everything sticks to her. The snow is. Nightmare and sticks to her belly and legs meaning she can only play outside for a short while. With this jacket she can stay out as long as she likes. Great quality jacket

I initially ordered the medium for my Cavachon having measured him but on receipt it wouldn't meet along the back so I rang to return it and was told to donate it to an animal charity and they would arrange a refund. I immediately ordered a large which arrived two days after ordering & fits perfectly looking very smart. Today I took the first coat to Holly Hedge Animal Sanctuary - they loved it as well!

when the coat arrived i was initially very pleased with the quality of the fabric, this quickly turned to disappointment. Due to a faulty zip this garment is utterly useless. It broke on my dogs first outing in the coat. The coat also has no gap to attach a lead to the harness. I had to readjust the harness to go over the coat. would expect a re-fund .

Lovely product and does keep my cockapoo clean and dry,mostly,however,although the legs are the correct length,when they are weighted with water / snow,they drag down a little which invariably means she ends up nearly tripping ove as her leg comes out of the hole.Not very good having to stop and readjust a few times. I end up rolling them up,so I have soaking hands and a frustrated dog

I had these for my springers and they have out lived the dogs,I now have cockers I managed to get one in the old colour way but now they are no longer available.the new colour shows the dirt more and stains more easly please bring back the green ones

I ordered two 30cm coats for my cavachons, but they were too small. Contacted customer services to exchange them for the next size up, 35cm, based on review comments relating to cavaliers and cavachons. The lovely lady on the phone said she would send out the replacements right away - fantastic. They are such brilliant quality coats for such a reasonable price, so I can’t wait for the replacements to arrive to see if they fit.

Great overall keeps my dogs belly and body dry from the rain! Only down side I would say is the elastic cuffs on the front are not that tight so his feet gets stuck in it! Have to put some elastic bands on the front cuffs.

Ordered 3 arrived quickly. Well made, good design two press studs to hold it closed while you zip the dog in. Thought I'd go slightly larger but they were way to big, had to send 2 back, rang customer services who were very helpful, ordered me 2 more and emailed me a returns label which a printed out and sent items back. Replacements arrived promptly. Very happy customer and 3 dry woofies
