Overall size is fine however, the pull along handle is useless unless this product had wheels.Have a large heavy maine coon and have to lift him and the carrier. Re think of design needed

Delivered with a big crack in the back. Also be aware that it only has a pull-along handle which is totally useless unless you purchase the wheels separately (which aren't sold by this company and cost a fortune for 4 small wheels) and has no carry handle... so not sure how you're expected to transport animals with this unless it's a permanent fixture in the car boot or something.

The box is sturdy, stable, and very easy to dismantle into two halves without any tools. A real drawback is the absence of a second carrying handle to be able to carry the box with the animal inside. We picked up our dog, whom we adopted from an animal shelter, at the airport in a box just like this one. To place the box with the animal onto the luggage trolley, it took two people. I’m deducting two stars just for that. After all, it’s called a 'transport' box.

I have this at home, and my little Podenca uses the transport box as a shelter when she feels uneasy during thunderstorms outside. This has helped her get used to the box wonderfully and recognise it as something useful for her. I’ll update my review after future trips. So far, I’m very satisfied. Even though the size of the box is like half a ballroom for my little Podenca, I think it’s very well-suited for her.

I just opened the package today and it is broken in two places. It took more than a week to arrive and when I opened it today it is damaged badly in two places. Very disappointed as the price is too high for such quality and the fact that nobody checked the product before packing it is disappointing.

Hello, the delivery was, as always, very quick. Setting up the crate was fairly straightforward, even though the two manuals weren’t entirely clear—I still managed to get it done. The only thing that bothers me is that the door is a bit tricky to latch when you want to close it, but otherwise, it’s nice and spacious. My little one can now grow into the crate. He feels very comfortable in it. I would buy it again for the price and can recommend it. If you’re travelling, maybe consider buying wheels as well. Water bowl included—top-notch!

The crate serves its purpose perfectly for us and our Australian Shepherd. Assembly was quick and straightforward. Absolutely recommendable for the car or as an indoor kennel. Great value for money!

The box is good, but due to the missing carry handle, it's unsuitable for tackling stairs. Makes me wonder, does everyone only live in ground-floor flats, or how are you supposed to lift the box with the animal inside on your own? If it had a carry handle, the box would be perfect.

Bought two Gulliver 7 travel cages. Two faulty doors. Seems a construction flaw. The spring can shoot over a rod it is supposed to push. Zooplus was quick to replace the cages (not only the door but the complete cage. So the whole getting used to the cages had to start a new for my dogs)

Super, I'm completely satisfied. I can't complain. The box is great in the car, my dog has plenty of space and can even drink while we're on the go. And nothing gets wet as long as you don't fill it up too much. Perfect, especially in this heat and for long car journeys.

My 8-month-old Australian Shepherd mix bitch used to drool heavily and often vomit during car rides. With the Trixie Gulliver size 6, that's now a thing of the past—she went straight into the crate as if it were the most natural thing in the world.

The box is perfect for our mixed-breed dog. After a week, the lock was broken. She managed to open it from the inside. Maybe you can buy a replacement door for it.

Returning our box-1) Even size 5 for our beagle (recommended 4 for breed) couldn't pass for int'l travel coz of the stupid, faulty design of the box itself! The height inside is greatly reduced due to the deep boxes constructed right in the middle on the top. 2) If you want to use the box by itself without the wheels, the mindless base design like a curve keeps it rocking back and forth with the shift of the dog's weight. My dog got scared of entering inside! 3) Feels cheaper quality than others

Yup, it's collie proof! She ate through 2 canvas/mesh carriers, but not this one. Good space and ventilation. Very pleased!

The price-performance ratio is OK. The size is sufficient for a Malinois male measuring 62cm/28.5kg. The lock was easily broken by him. On a flight, it’s probably amusing. The two indentations in the floor are uncomfortable for lying down. With a few modifications, it’s somewhat usable: the lock reinforced with perforated metal, the indentations in the floor filled in, and a latch added for the open door. This way, it doesn’t keep swinging shut behind the dog when he enters the box.

I’ve been using the small box for 4 years and the large box for 2 years. I’m very satisfied, and my dogs love lying inside during car rides.

The box is quite sturdy and great, I think the dog will love it. However, during delivery, one of the storage compartment doors was broken. It doesn't affect anything, I glued it back together, but there could be more padding in the packaging, because what was there only protected the empty space where nothing could actually get damaged.

This box, which SWISS had previously accepted in writing, was not accepted by SWISS at check-in in Zurich because the ventilation openings were too large. They are about 10mm x 45mm, but are only allowed to be 25mm x 25mm. We had to buy a box from SWISS (CHF 280!!) which was much too big. Enquiries to SWISS, Trixie and Zooplus as to why a supposedly IATA-compliant box was not accepted went unanswered.

The wheels are attached with just a plastic clip, and it breaks easily if you need to remove the wheels. Otherwise, they're handy.

Does the job

Unfortunately, the lock can be opened from the inside, or it falls off when the dog unclips the cover plate from inside (not available to buy separately). Previously, the "windows" were made of mesh, but now they're just plastic. Sadly, the quality is not convincing.
