We now have three of these mats, and I’m absolutely thrilled with them. They don’t slide around and are easy to clean. However, the edge is so low and flexible that even bowls with a non-slip coating on the bottom can be pushed over the edge by my dogs. That’s why I’m deducting one star.

Overall, I think the mat is great! It doesn’t slip much and is easy to clean. Dishwasher is no problem either. But for our Oriental Shorthair cat, who likes to take the meat out of the bowl and often gulps it down like a dog, it’s simply too small. We usually end up with the wet food, whether BARF or canned, on the floor next to it or even on the wall. Luckily, everything is wipeable!

...you can accidentally step on it sometimes. The edge isn’t hard. Would definitely get a full five stars with a different colour choice!

A neat mat for cups. Easy to wash in the sink since it's flexible, but it also tends to collect hair and dust easily because of its material.
