Ordered this to keep things looking tidy. It seems OK but it only fits about 8kg of my dogs food. Something for people to be aware of.

Positive: Large capacity (approx. 20 kg when the food is placed directly into the container without the sack packaging); easy to clean; large opening area, well-sealing lid, no odours escaping. Negative: Large, thieving dogs quickly figured out that the lid only needs to be closed and cannot be locked. Another colour would be nice – white is a bit too delicate. Summary: A clear purchase recommendation.

I bought this food bin for the kitchen so there's a ready supply of dry food. It's a super simple design, is easy to clean and has a good capacity. The only criticism I have is it's missing a lock. Thankfully our dog isn't a food thief, but I can imagine a lot of dogs are and could easily pilfer some food.

We have the food bin in the kitchen to keep a supply of dry food handy. Overall, it's great – subtle design, easy to clean, excellent capacity. The only minor criticism is the lack of a lid. It’s on the floor at our place, and thankfully Samy doesn’t steal from it. I can imagine that if you have a "thief" at home, you’d need to think carefully about where to place the bin :)
