Incredibly disappointed
For over £30 I'm genuinely upset with the quality of this bed - namely the "orthopedic memory foam" base.
The foam is super thin, think textured yoga mat.
Not at all appropriate for the audience it's targeted to. Really misleading.

Might as well be made of paper
My dog had made holes in the fabric within one day. He doesn't chew, yes like all dogs he scratches around to make himself comfy but his claws had recently been clipped. the material is just not good enough.

2nd Purchase - bad quality
The first one I bought about 3 years ago was well made, better quality foam and all round top range.
3 years later, a totally different experience - clearly they’ve sourced a cheaper manufactured but kept the same prices. The foam is poor quality, marginally thinner than before - I’ve had a replacement already and about to complain again. Only had the bed 4 months!!

Very thin
Bought this as a replacement for my GSD bed that we bought from Zooplus 2 years ago. Even after that time the bed is still going strong but we wanted to get a new one nonetheless. What has been delivered is a fraction of the quality of the old model. Thin (flattened and non rising) memory foam and a poor quality insert for the collar of the bed make this a cheap flimsy product. Avoid.

Cheap zips, poor quality
I bought four of these bed in different sizes as I have a large elderly rescue dog with rheumatism and a rescued street dog with back problems. I spent nearly £200. After 10 months the zip on one of the beds broke but this company didn't want to know. I was told that I had broken the zip through wear and tear. The covers had been washed four times so hardly wear and tear. I thought they were quality beds that would last my dogs years, they are not. We will buy from Amazon in future.

Total waste of money
I bought the large size of this bed for my mastiff bitch late in 2018.
In retrospect, having seen the lack of quality of the cover as I put it together, I should have sent it back immediately - but I did not. Now, after 2-3 months it is in tatters and the foam is coming out in bits.
The product is simply not fit for purpose, If you buy a bed to fit a very large/heavy dog, you would expect to find it had a more durable cover than the small dog version, but this is not the case.

So disappointed
The zip broke, fabric ripped to shreds when my dog was moving her blanket around. within hours it was ruined and when water got spilt it soaked all the way through!! So so disappointed after the money I spent on this! I can explain how poor quality this product is!

So disappointed ☹️
Bought this bed in January this year and at first I thought it was great, my dogs loved it ! But I have found the actual cover itself is very thin so much so it has completely ripped across the top. I have tried to patch it up once but it is so thin it has just split all the way across. This bed costs a lot and I expected it to last longer than 3 months - such a shame

Poor quality fabric
Fabric is extremely poor quality and has ripped. Memory foam sponge is exposed and is crumbling. Expensive bed and very disappointed!

It’s Not fit for purpose
The top layer is ridiculous and not fit for purpose if you try and pick a crumb of the top layer it frays straight of so your left with crumbs sticking all over it and it’s not machine washable as the material is substandard and it falls to pieces after one wash I’m not a happy customer already it’s not what it’s described as it’s not fit for purpose.

Not fit for purpose
As some other reviews here. Purchased two beds for our two dogs. Within three weeks fabric covering is in shreds- far too thin. The memory foam is exposed and breaking up. The fluffy base cover has Velcro and dog movements just pull it off- useless. Trying to get ZooPlus to accept responsibility

VERY thin memory foam - the brown version of this bed is MUCH better!
I ordered the brown orthopaedic bed in August and all my three dogs adore it, so I decided when it was out of stock to buy this one. Terrible idea. The memory foam is extremely thin leaving very little padding. I'm getting rid of it and have a new brown one on the way. I'm really disappointed - don't make the same mistake I did.

Bad Design
Bought 2 of the largest beds for my 2 great danes and 1 is aready in the bin! ( 4 weeks later) The Velcro is awful it moves and comes off when the dog moves and of course when it does they chew it! the bottom of the bed is not waterproof so when one of them had a accident it soaked into the memory foam, it took me 3 days to wash it and dry it. My list of faults are too long so will keep it short and say its not worth the money and its a very poor design & not dog friendly.

Very thin fabric
I bought this for my two dogs. I bought the largest version so that they could both sleep in it. It is a perfect size for both dogs and my 11 year old Lab loves it........BUT...the fabric is very very thin. Not at all robust. My young dog put his claws through the fabric trying to play with my older dog. With in days the fabric of the bed was in shreds. There appears to be no facility to buy a replacement cover. I suspect other reviews will have issues with how long this bed lasts!!!!
