So, my dogs absolutely love this dog bed, and I was really happy to finally find something nice. Especially because it said the cover and cushion are washable at 30°C!? I can say this much: the cover, yes; the cushion, NO!!! I'm very disappointed with the cushion, or rather the filling inside the cushion. The cushion is made of an irritating fabric and filled with foam scraps. How are you supposed to wash that?

I am very disappointed with the pillow. It is by no means a multi-chamber product. Different coloured foam flakes are stuffed into a single "chamber". Since there is no zip, it’s difficult to redistribute these flakes afterwards or remove them from the thin synthetic fibre cover. Over time, the flakes stick together in the middle, forming a hollow.

I bought size L for my approx. 30kg German Shepherd mix female dog. She immediately took to the bed and loves lying in it more than anywhere else. BUT after just over a year, the foam chips inside have become so stuck together that a permanent dip remains where she lies, despite regularly beating and standing the mattress up. Since I find this too unhygienic (mites, etc.), I reluctantly replaced the bed with another one.

I ordered the cushion (L) for my Galgo. He loves it and sleeps on it every night – based on that, 5 stars! But unfortunately, he’s also a digger, and the cover can’t handle that at all. After just 10 months, the plush top is completely ruined, and there are Visco flakes flying around everywhere. And there are no replacement covers available to buy. That’s why, unfortunately, only 3 stars – if you have a digger and can’t sew a new cover yourself, you’re better off choosing something else!

The orthopaedic cushion is far too hard and too high. I bought it for my 10-year-old Labrador bitch, and you can tell she doesn’t like lying on it.
