There's a problem with the zip waiting for reply from customer support. Otherwise very good

Even though maybe 2 dogs could "fit in"..... the bag could be bigger so that (my) dog has enough space and it's comfortable. The bag is stiff and causes pressure marks. Once padded, there's even less space. My Chi mix is 28cm tall and weighs 5.5kg. I'll keep looking...
