I bought this for my puppy as I wanted to be able to get her out and about without having to rely on the car It fitted 'OK' to the front of the bicycle but I found it better to fit on the rear with some very good strong cable ties as it's a more stable part of the bike and as I have an 'e' bike I don't have the standard front, it's great this way and the pup seems to enjoy her outings!

My dog is Chihuahua cross Pom and she fits in this although only faceing side wards with comfortable gap and she can lay down which is great as she’s more wide than long. I would recommend using cable ties and getting a basket rack for extra support off eBay or amazon as if your dogs a little bit heavier you wanna trust that it will hold

I am completely satisfied with this basket. I find it difficult to manoeuvre the bike with the basket and dog on the front, so I've attached it to the rear luggage rack with cable ties.
