The attachment to the loops was very shaky right from the start, and now, after just a few weeks, the eyelets are tearing out...

The scratching board doesn’t hold up at all and broke after a short time. You can already see the inside, and unfortunately, it’s no longer functional as a scratching board, even though this is the second one (several were purchased beforehand). I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

The product doesn’t stick to cupboards or walls because the metal eyelets tear out. I screwed it onto a wooden cupboard today, and the eyelets ripped out of the fabric with just slight movements. I wouldn’t buy it again.

The scratch pad hadn’t even been up 12 hours before the top tabs had been pulled from the main pad. The staples holding them on are not fit for purpose.

Every time new boards arrive, the holes from the previous ones no longer fit.

With three cats, the consumption of these boards is very high. Very annoying: the boards I reordered, which are supposedly identical according to the article number, are now manufactured in such a way that the board – despite being secured with four fastenings – no longer fits snugly against the wall but sticks out about 3 cm at each corner. You can hardly expect the customer to drill their wall again when buying the same item. However, the price-performance ratio is unbeatable, so you just have to bite the bullet.

Bought this item for our cats as an addition to our two scratching posts. When unpacking, we already noticed the poor workmanship... no big deal, we thought we'd give it a try. Okay, "2" days later, the fabric parts were already so frayed that we had to secure the board again using washers. Now the sisal part for scratching is hanging loose... because it was only attached to the plush with ONE thread. I didn’t expect much for the money, but certainly not this.

I have two of these boards in use... one is a bit older, bought quite a while ago: quality is excellent!!! - Now I bought one 2 months ago, and the quality is noticeably worse... the edge comes off in no time at all, as you could already gather from previous reviews. Such a shame that the quality of the product has deteriorated so much! Might still be okay for small kittens, but adult cats over 3 kg won’t enjoy it for long...!

The fastening was completely unnecessary, and after 2 weeks the edging came loose.

The mounting fixtures are just textile hangers; the eyelets come loose from the material as soon as you screw through them! - The "dangling" toy was off in no time after my cat pulled on it once...! - Absolutely substandard item, nowhere near worth its price...

Such an ill-conceived and inferior implementation of a scratching corner leaves much to be desired. The "developers" of this product apparently don’t own cats themselves and have clearly never tested it. Using plush fabric on the back to perhaps protect the wall is something I can just about understand, but these fastening loops are an absolute joke. Absolutely not recommended – even at this price, it would be a waste of money.

The mat itself is great, but the fastening loops are so poor in quality that we couldn’t even get the mat on the wall without them tearing. As soon as a cat hangs on it, it’s game over. Now we have to come up with our own fastening system. Unfortunately, I’m not happy at all. I used to always order a different mat, but it’s no longer available. :(
