Cats love it
Good value for money. My small cats fit perfectly on it and they absolutely love it. One of my cats love scratching then sleeping on it. Happy to buy it again in the future once this one gets all scratched.

It's good, but doesn't last long
I've bought this a few times for my 2 cats, but find it only lasts about 3 weeks til we have to replace it. It looks great and it's cheap - just wish it lasted longer. I'd rather pay more than have to replace it so often. (One of my cats has asthma and the sisal scratchers trigger it, which is why I have to buy the cardboard ones).

Extremely happy with the price, size and quality of these!
Our 2 cats love these scratching pads. We bought two and there's usually at least 1 cat on one at all times. They love sleeping on them - even our biggest cat (5.5kg) comfortably sleeps on one of these with no limbs hanging off.

Only scratcher my cats use
My cats definitely have a preference and it's always this style they both go for, had to wait a while on delivery this time so was super pleased when it arrived as my bed was quickly becoming the new fave place to scratch... cats are happy too! Like everyone says you do get bits of cardboard but unavoidable and rather that than my stairs or bed being destroyed

Tatty and Nasty Smell
Arrived with the black border very tatty around the edges on the front and creases in the back. It's for the spare room so can live with that, however the smell is absolutely repugnant. Despite smothering in catnip and lightly spraying with catnip spray, it still absolutely stinks.
Best scratcher
My cat loves scratching horizontally and not a big fan of vertical scratching posts so this is perfect! He loves the cardboard rather than other materials. Much more affordable for the exact same product, decent size, sturdy & he is obsessed!

Best scratch pad ever!
My cat has not been interested in other (tall) scratch pads as they often fell over when she used them. She loves this: actually uses it for her nails, which is a first. She likes the shape of it & often just lies on it & snoozes.

Long lasting
Was gutted when zooplus/cosma discontinued these. We’ve held on to the old one for almost 2 years now, it’s still going strong and our cats fight over it.
We’ve bought many cardboard scratchers over the years and they just never showed any interest.
So happy they’ve brought these back. Ordered 2 more on behalf of Santa Paws!

Perfect
My Ragdoll loved this from the second I got it and still uses it every single day. She does her claws on it and it’s her favourite place to sleep. Great that both sides can be used. The downside is the mess from the cardboard - I’m hoovering every few days - but that’s the same with any cardboard scratcher.

We need another one already!!
So, this fantastic canapé style scratching pad has just arrived and Grace, who never uses scratchers for her claws, has taken possession of it and doesn't let Jewel getting close!! Pros & cons
The cats absolutely adore scratching the cardboard, didn't even need to sprinkle the cat nip (which incidentally falls straight through anyway)
The down side is that after a week the shredding of the cardboard is awful and little bits are everywhere like confetti.

Not worth the price
The scratching pad comes crumpled and crooked all over. It does look much better in the images than in the real. Catnip is not staying inside the cardboard so it ends up on the floor doing a horrible mess.

Happy Catty
My tortoise-shell cat is naturally hard to please, but one thing she does enjoy is sharpening her claws.
This lovely Cosma Scratch Bed is perfect, she loves it.
She beats seven bells out of the corrugated card, then she snuggles in to have a well deserved nap, comfortable in its curves.
Currently out of stock, I hope it comes back soon.

Unusable due to strong chemical smell
Right after unpacking, a disgusting smell hit me straight away, and my cat won’t go anywhere near the thing, not even within a metre. Even after several weeks, it still gives off a sharp odour. Unfortunately, it wasn’t worth the money.

Scratching post
The product is made from very flimsy cardboard. After just a few days, pieces of cardboard rubbish were already lying on the floor. It didn’t even last a month. I don’t recommend it. I have a 9-month-old female cat with trimmed claws.

Cosma Cat Scratching Armchair Review: EXCELLENT!
My 11-year-old cat LOVES this type of scratcher! :D I've tried other kinds before, but this is her favourite! Until she shreds it down to a much smaller size, she also likes to lounge on it, but she uses it all the time, with both her teeth and claws. You can really tell she enjoys it. :)

Great for a kitten

A must-have in our home
