Box left in rain on soaking decking and open hence wet & dirty cat tree. Also exposed screw inside the tree house dangerous

The quality is not really good. But I was expecting that for this money! A bit unstable I don’t think will last longer than a year. If you don’t expect much it’s okay.

Giving this a 3 star as the quality is good, and my cat has taken to it well however the top tier is almost the same size as the house part underneath making it really difficult for cats to climb up to that level. My cat is 5 months old and fairly small still so this wouldn’t be suitable for a bigger cat…the house entrance is also quite narrow so only rally suitable for a slim breed. Would be great if this was redesigned slightly so the top tier is just off centre and gives the cat room to climb

I found it very easy to put together, they must have sorted the instructions since other reviews. The reason it isn't 5 stars is because there is no room to jump on to the top "bed" as once you've put the cover on it, it's almost as wide as the top of the "hut" so my cat can't get up there and she isn't fat or big. It also took 2 weeks to arrive from a foreign warehouse - Zooplus should warn of this, but don't. I raised it and they said they didn't know where any of their stock was so couldn't.

I actually found this really easy to put together! It only took me half an hour on my own so I'm unsure why others are having trouble. It's not as stable as I'd like it to be for my heavy ragdoll, but for the price, I didn't expect a super strong tree. It's definitely worth the price and I would recommend it 100%! Hopefully it lasts a good while!

My cat absolutely loves this cat tree. He is constantly in it, it is very stable and doesn't wobble when he jumps on it and he is quite a big cat. The hammock and the top bed can be detached so they can be washed in the washing machine which is great. I would definitely recommend this tree!

My two British Shorthairs took to this cat tree immediately! They're not sure about the hammock yet but they love taking naps in the top "bunks". It's really soft and much nicer than many other cat trees I've seen. It's also really handy being able to wash the beds.

The reason I gave it 4 stars was because the top bed wasn't very stable so I got did of the top small column holding it up and fixed it straight on top of the house bit underneath and it looks much better actually. I also made a boo boo and started building it up from the bottom then realised I should have started in the middle. I would recommend starting in the middle. I think I'm also going to swap a couple of columns around so that there is something for my kitten to scratch at his height.

We got the ‘gingerbread’ cat tree that’s on here few years ago but it slowly didn’t get used by blossom. So I gave it away. I reluctantly bought something smaller and this was bought purely on all the reviews. I assembled it and followed instructions and put one of the rope poles at the bottom. It’s was fairly simple. I think because it has this Sherpa fleece she’s taken to it really well. And so far it’s neen up 24hrs and She’s taken to the box part because it’s cosy inside. So it’s a 10/10.

This cat tree is amazing! Solid, heavy and all round amazing quality. The fuzzy faux sheep skin is thick and padded really well! My two big ragdoll boys were climbing into it befor it was even built and since finished they haven’t left it once! Haha they LOVE it! I only wish they had it in human sizes so I could curl up in the hammock too haha! Also amazing shipping I ordered it in the evening and it was at my door by 2:30 the next day! Great!

Love this tree.. for the price I wasn't expecting alot but it's huge and my cat absolutely loves it. It's lovely n soft and the white isn't as hard to keep clean as I thought... and I have a mostly black cat! All the parts are big enough for adult cats unlike some trees that arrive and are more suited to a baby kitten size.

Putting it together was fiddly as it was assembled in a strange order. However the cats love the little hut and the platforms by it are popular. It was a while before they tried the top bed but they use it now. The hammock is not liked at all, the cats move across the platforms avoiding it. I think it will be hard to clean, I am glad some bits are removable for washing. It is certainly well used, especially the scratch posts and the hut.

Really good cat tree. Bought for our little rescue girl who's only been with us a week so shescstill adjusting. But she loves the hammock at the bottom and has had a wee scratch already. Not ventured to the top levels yet but that will come. Very cosy and sturdy. It wasn't too bad to build up instructions are poor. Start building from midway down....then add the top half on . .do not build from the bottom up! You will just have to restart . Overall we are very happy. Will not order Dpd again tho

Ordered this Monday night, arrived Wednesday lunch! Yodel delivery is great and it gives you a count down to when your delivery is literally outside! Managed to put this together myself although previous reviews said it was difficult. I looked at the picture on the website along with the instructions and it took about 15 mins. The cat was all over it while I was putting it together and jumped all over it once it was up. He's been asleep on the top bed for the past 4 hours! He loves it!

My cats adore this cat tree it’s big, it’s very sturdy and they love all the beds in it. My cats are 5kg each and they fit in every bed. I am very handy at DIY and I’ve built my last 3 cat trees but this was so tricky to build. You have to build from the top downwards. I ended up having to get a friend of mine who is an engineer to construct it and it look him 4 attempts! My cats love it though so it’s definately 5/5.

One of the fluffy poles and a bolt was missing and had to use a screw to secure the plastic insert in one of the poles. The whole thing seems flimsy in comparison with the one it has replaced. I was able to use an a pole off the old one to replace the missing one as they were luckily the same length. We have had it for some time before putting it up as a Christmas present for our 2 cats so won't bother making a fuss at Zooplus, a lesson learned,check box contents straight away.

The size and quality of this tree is amazing. The instructions were poor but it wasn't difficult to figure out the assembly without them. Bought this tree 3 months ago when we got our first kitten. Having got 2 more kittens since then, they ALL absolutely love it and will fight over the top spot (which the youngest one always wins so our 7 month chunky Ragdoll has to sleep in the tiny house..). They also loved the toy that came with, to the point that one of them chewed it off.. 10/10 from them!

I couldn't have bought a better cat tree for my 2 cats. This cat tree offers the perfect mix of cozy relaxation, play and scratching opportunities.

I found the instructions really straight forward, I laid out all the pieces and actually started from the bottom upwards. Im in my sixties, so if I can manage on my own I'm sure anybody can. My cats love it.

Lovely soft and warm. Both my kitten and cat love this! Very sturdy for all the play!
