I received a trial pack with my first order, and my spoiled cat is absolutely thrilled with it. I use this to my advantage whenever he starts being picky about his food again. Just sprinkle a few Hearties on top, and quick as a flash, the bowl is empty. If I’m unlucky, the Hearties are gone and the bowl is still full – but most of the time, it works!!!!

I agree with Christiane's post from 08.06.11. The product is also very well received by my two Persian cats. It just needs to be offered in a larger package at an acceptable price.

I have a request: it would be great if the Smilla Hearties were available in 750g tins or 1-5kg bags, as my cat absolutely loves them. He doesn’t eat any other dry food, so it would be nice if they could be offered in larger sizes soon. At the moment, it’s getting quite expensive to always buy 6 small tins for €10.00 each (125g per tin). I already need 750g tins or bags per month. Thank you in advance. Kind regards, Ch. Gennaro

Like my fellow reviewer, I received a free box of Smilla Hearties with my first order from Zooplus, which was a very kind gesture. You might not normally expect much from a free gift, but these really are terrific, at least according to my cat who comes zooming out from wherever he has been hiding when he hears me open the treat tin! They DO have a strong smell, but that's probably why cats like them so much (they lick their own bums after all!). I think my boy would happily eat the whole lot in one go if I let him, so I use these as a little reward whenever I have clipped his claws or brushed his teeth so he'll forgive me a bit quicker! When the box is empty (which will probably take quite a while as there's a lot in there) I'll definitely have to add another tub to my shopping cart. Thanks once again, Zooplus, for the great little present.

I received a free box of these when i ordered a new litter box for my six month old kitten,a nice surprise, as soon as i unpacked the litter box my kitten (who found these before i did) wouldn't leave them alone,she kept trying to eat the box and tried to run away with it a few times. She goes crazy for them,shes pestering me for more right now. i will definitely purchase some when these run out! thanks zooplus!

My six indoor cats are absolutely crazy about the treats, even the neighbour's cats come over and get excited every time for the goodies. I use them in the treat roll – all I have to do is grab the tin, and I’ve got all six of them with me, playing wildly with their rolls.
