I’ve tried all sorts of treats, and apart from these sticks from the discount store, nothing is more popular with my cats. However, you shouldn’t feed them too much of it, or you might need to adjust their regular food a bit. But beware, you risk the kitties only wanting Hearties ;-)

They came as a side item in a package once and have been ordered repeatedly ever since. My old chap (17-year-old domestic shorthair with a full set of teeth) really likes Smilla. However, he only gets them as a treat. Thanks to the heart-shaped kibble design, the kibble is very easy to pick up. Absolutely recommended as a snack in between meals.

I'm so pleased to have finally found something that even the oldest feline lady in the house enjoys nibbling on. Another 5 extra stars for the healthy composition (sugar-free, etc.), it's fantastic that flaxseeds are included for natural digestion (malt paste isn't popular in our household). It could do with a bit more taurine for the elderly cats. Great protein content.

Five stars really aren’t enough. My four cats are absolutely thrilled with the Hearties and almost ignore me completely because of them. The tins empty far too quickly. Sometimes I mix the Hearties with regular dry food. They’re carefully picked out and eaten first. The only thing to criticise is that the tin lids tend to crack slightly during shipping. Perhaps a better material could be used for them.

got this as a freebie with an order and the cat loves it. it's small bite sized, which she appreciates - because the whiskas ones are too big, she tries to catch one and rejects it. this is by far her favourite, great value, highly recommend am coming back to buy third load!

My cat loves these treats. As soon as she hears the rattle of the box she comes running! They are great value as you get loads in the tub and the fact that the tub is re-sealable is an added bonus as it keeps the treats fresh.

I got the treats in my first order as part of the package. Thought "nice" and left them on the table. Then I quickly popped out to the bakery. When I came back, the packet – naturally empty and spotless – was lying on the floor, and my cat with a round belly was right next to it. Guess they must have tasted good.

Got it as a gift with my first order. My tomcat isn’t usually fussy, but when it comes to the Hearties, his eyes light up, and there’s no stopping him!

When I ordered from Zooplus for the first time, I received a free sample pack. Since my snooty, high-maintenance Persian cat is used to eating only one type of food (he won’t even touch meat, fish, or anything else), I was already expecting that I’d have to give the food away (don’t want it going to waste, right?). But boy, was I wrong. After thoroughly inspecting it in full owl mode (big, wide eyes), he even tried to open the tin himself. These treats, alongside his regular food, are the only ones he likes, and I’ve finally found a reward snack for him! I don’t know what’s in them, but they work! With my second order, I immediately added three portions, and he could already smell them BEFORE I unpacked the box. (Unpacking was a battle.) Until then, I had no idea how insistent, demanding, and determined a Persian cat could be when it comes to opening a package. :) So, for anyone who wants to treat their cat or tomcat to something special every now and then ---> These are the ones! Buuuut... I can’t guarantee there won’t be side effects or diva-like behaviour from your pet, because now, every time a package arrives, my cat immediately takes over—it might contain Hearties, after all! I’d rather not even describe his reaction when you shake the tin, because it’s definitely not normal... so much excitement all at once (including a happy dance) :D It’s wonderful to see my cat like this and to truly make him happy with this food.
