Great product
Our dentist recommended it to us because we used to have to get tartar removed regularly. Since we've been feeding this food 1-2 times a week, the tartar has significantly reduced.

Conditionally recommendable
I bought the product because the idea of combining dental care and hairball reduction in one product is really great. However, my two Birmans see it differently. After a taste test (a few morsels), they consistently refuse the food, even though they’re not usually picky eaters. It’s a shame there aren’t any sample packs available.

Serves the purpose
50% dental dry food and 50% Almo Nature wet food, and the cat world is in harmony. The Siamese has no tartar and still eats it, the Burmese enjoys it, and the tartar has significantly reduced, meaning it doesn’t need to be removed at the vet for a hefty price. The effect is clearly noticeable after just 3-6 months.

Brilliant !
Binx (my cat) absolutely loves these biscuits. He picks them out when mixed with whiskers every day. Seems to keep gingivitis at bay !

Not RC Oral
I was expecting the oral kibble which is large enough to encourage my cat to chew/bite. This one is different and smaller therefore my cat swallows it whole. Very disappointed and a wasted purchase.

Our furry little house tigers...
...love it ❤️
We give it to both of them exclusively for dental care (a good handful daily) and not as a complete feed. For this purpose, it’s perfect. Especially due to the size, it provides excellent abrasion on the teeth. No more plaque, no bad breath, and the vet is super happy with their gnashers 😜. To fill them up, they get a different dry food.

Wont eat it
My 6 furrbabies wont even entertain this dental kibble but the other royal canin dental kibble tbey cant get enough of so i would advise you to get the one with the grey cat on the front and grey background x it really does work x happier cats in as little as two weeks

Prompt rejected!
Unfortunately, my two cats turn their noses up at this food! The pellets are quite large, so the Persian didn’t even try them, and the other cat preferred to go back to the "old" food (Exigent by RC). If I let them go hungry to encourage them to try it, they get really upset with me, so I’d rather give it to the dog, who eats it happily, or offer it to the stray cats. It’s not really the point, but better that than throwing it away...

Croquettes too big
Actually, my two cats usually love Royal Canin. Unfortunately, the kibbles here are too big, and the food is left untouched. Such a shame.

cat keeps licking her belly and legs
I saw a different 1* review on this website about the royal canin food and i have to say that our cat has the exact same problem.
My cat is used to eating InHome Sensations and we tried the royal canin food because our vet had advised us. Our cat is also covered in scabs and is eating her fur off since the swap.
She’s allergic to something in the food. But we don't know why.

Saved my teeth
Wonderful wonder food :-)
No more plaque on the teeth, no more bad breath. Saved the planned dental treatment and the cat is finally eating a bit better because he loves it so much. Digestion is great too – no hairball vomit. What more could you want – oh yes, bigger bags would be great!

Royal Canin Dental
I got these to help my cat with her teeth and she loves them.
There not to small, not like some other ones ive purchased in the past so she actually has two crunch the biscuit and not just swallow it.

Absolutely recommended!
Unfortunately, my cat (Maine Coon mix), 7 years old, tends to develop tartar more frequently, which also leads to gum inflammation as a result.
It was important to me that he gets food that doesn’t just mask bad breath but tackles the root cause – namely, bacterial growth.
The kidneys should also be supported – a holistic approach, essentially. Ordered here after consulting with the vet.
After three months of feeding, I’m absolutely thrilled! The tartar build-up has significantly reduced, and my cat is in top shape!

Very effective, brilliantly white pearly whites 🦷🦷
I wouldn’t use this food as a complete diet due to some of its analysis values; instead, we provide other high-quality dry and wet food as the main meals. We give this dental food to our tomcat in the morning and afternoon as a treat, 10 pieces each time, and it’s actually enough to keep his teeth and gums healthy. Previously, he had slight plaque and an inflamed gum line, but now all the problems have been permanently resolved for months ⚠️👍

Helps my cat's teeth
My cat loves this food and it I do believe it has helped reduce the bad breath and inflammation he had from gingivitis (really sensitive to tartar). They are big pieces but my greedy cat has managed to get to a stage where he can actually swallow some whole. However he does crunch this more than any other dry food I have so I am keeping it.
My other cat takes so long to eat one piece of this (she really likes it too) - no idea how the greedy kitty swallows this whole!

Great
My cats loves it! Actually that's their favourite dry food. I've tried others too, but keep coming back to this one.
I just wish Zooplus would have bigger bags.

Look nowhere else!
I had been getting this product from my vet for months. The cost; £22.00 per 1.5kg. To find these guys who supplied 2 x 1.5kg of this product for around £27.00 is incredible. Delivered very quickly. All good here! Thanks.
