Trusted and yummy said the cat.

Out vet recommended this year's ago after my male cat got cystitis, it happens when he gets cat sweeties or non urinary food, but this food keeps him well and away from having it. I have another cat and he enjoys it too as the vet said it's ok for him to have it. They like it and it last well. It's a neat looking dry crunchy food, lovely circular crunches for the cat obsessed with round things.

Only dry food we buy for our cats

Helps our older cat manage his weight and urinary tract issues

Excellent food, if pricey

I buy this for my cat who has urinary issues, and it keeps him in good health. It's also evidently delicious (to cats), as all the others also really enjoy it. This is only problematic because it's much more expensive than the other biscuits I buy, but that's cats for you!

Royal cannin

All good

Makes my cat violently ill

This food agrees with one of my cats but the other one, the one we actually got it for, cannot keep it down. She vomits it whenever she eats it and I checked online, it seems a common effect of this food. Dozens of reviews mention it.

13 £ increase???

Bought this for years and continues to grow up every single time I order. Started at about 50 odd quid and now 80. Ridiculous

Gone up massively in price

This is very good food and my cat loves it BUT it has been steadily increasing in price so that it was £66.49 for 9KG in December and now it is £79.49 for 9KG. It was already expensive at £66.49. I will be moving to the Hill's Science Plan version now. It isn't moderate calorie but my cat who needs moderate calorie will have to switch to non-urinary food (she doesn't need it but my other cat does) and the cat that needs urinary food will have to eat the full-fat version.

Price increase?

My cat has a history of bladder issues and I’ve been buying this for years from Zooplus & it’s definitely doing the job. Shocked to see a £4.50 increase since I last bought 2 months ago in July, for the 9kg bag :(

Ruperts stones

My 1 y/o cat Rupert had struvite stones which caused a complete blockage of his bladder. After his operation the vet recommended this food. He has been very happy and healthy since starting this, he seems like a different cat now less anxious and timid. He loves the taste too, would recommend. He hasn’t had any problems with stones since.

Unfortunately my cat won’t eat it...

It may work and be a brilliant product. But my cat refuses to eat it! He is not normally fussy. Quite disappointing.

Cats love it!

I think this product has prolonged my cats' lives as they are nearly 15 now and the Vet says they have great kidneys :-)

Great Service

I have 3 cats one of which has had kidney problems. The vet recommended this food and we have had no problems since. The cats all love it. Thank you Zooplus, for great service, great prices and faultless delivery.

Great service

Absolutely delighted I have found this product. Fabulous site, easy to use and great delivery, which was very punctual. Thank you

Fantastic

My cat Puffy (7 years old) was starting to eat this item 4 years ago. My vet suggested to use it to solve stuvite stones. My cat had a acute inflammation and was sore. After used 3 months with this item, I solved the problem and now he is feel well, and also I!! I give him too URYS skittles that unfortunately I didn't find here.

Brilliant!

Was given this by the vet when my cat was rushed in unable to walk or move due to crystals which were crumbling. After almost losing him, this food has ensured that my cat has been healthy for three years *touch wood*. He loves the taste too!

Questioned

I've been giving and ordering these kibbles for my cat for a long time (just changed accounts). He's a greedy one and eats as long as there's food. But lately, he doesn't eat them like he used to, he leaves some, spits some out, and asks me for something else. I'm wondering about the ingredients and the quality. Have they changed? It's a real shame because these are the only ones (though I haven't tried many others) that don't cause crystals for my cat.

Royal Canin Urinary S/O

The cats absolutely love the food and from what we can tell, they’re doing really well on it too. They even sit and wait at the table for their next meal.

Thank you, Royal Canin

My cat has a necrotic kidney and used to get recurring kidney stones... These kibbles saved him!! In January 2021, my cat was given a life expectancy of 3 years max. It's August 2026 now!! 😉 Thank you Royal Canin 🙏 and my vet.

Loyal to this product since my very first cat (I've had 4 in total).

This product was recommended to me by my vet over 20 years ago for all the cats I've had, since they were all neutered. I only use this food for them as they've all been sterilised. Brilliant, never had any problems.

Does what it should

My cat had problems with bladder grit as a kitten. The vet recommended this food. She’s now 14 years old and hasn’t had any issues with bladder grit since. She’s doing well on this food. I’ve been ordering it from zooplus for years now and I’ve never experienced it being out of stock, though sometimes delivery took a bit longer. All in all, I’m happy and the most important thing is that my cat is healthy.

Tasty

Our oldest tomcat needs to eat special food. Our youngest immediately joins in. The bowls are always emptied.

Very good kibbles

Kibble recommended by my vet and very much enjoyed by my cats. They protect the urinary system as I haven’t had to go back for a check-up since.

These kibbles are indeed recommended by vets. It's just a shame the price is so high.

Really good

Recommended by our vet. Absolutely brilliant – six years ago our cat was diagnosed with struvite stones. We tried a special food, but unfortunately it didn’t help and the stones came back a year later. On the vet’s advice, we switched to Royal Canin. Since then, he’s been doing great and it seems to taste really good.

Royal Canin Urinary Moderate Calorie

Personally, I think this is the best food for cats with urinary crystals problems. I’ve been giving it to my tomcat for years and the female cat eats it too. Also, I give them Royal Canin Urinary wet food every day.

Bladder stones successfully treated!

Because of bladder stones and grit, both tomcats have to eat this food. They really like the kibble and the stones dissolved after 8 weeks.
