Our cats loved this and have happily eaten it for years, but no more…the packet looks different - no more useful zip tie closing, the food smells pretty bad and the kibble is smaller in size. Our two piggy boy cats will generally still eat some of it, but our two fussier ladies will not touch it, so frustrating as this was so good for so long.

My cat lives off this food alongside some wet food too. The food is high quality and she likes all the flavours apart from wild boar. However I am annoyed regularly That Zooplus let this food go out of stock for over a month and then you cannot replenish her food bags. I have bought Acana and Orijen too as back ups when Zooplus mess up. The Purizon is available in the European Zooplus site but the U.K. site lets it sit out of stock for weeks. Makes me very annoyed

I have been buying this food for my cat since Nov ‘19 and he has always loved it. Until this latest batch ordered 2 weeks ago. He won’t go anywhere near it, yet the remnants of the previous bag he will still happily eat. Not sure if a bad batch or there is something different about this batch (lot 20312A7975)

On recommendation from other breeders, I bought my first bag of food and the cats loved it and the tummies were OK. I was happy that I found something the little darlings would eat without tummy upsets, so the next time I purchased two bags and it seems I purchased two bags of troubles. They now refuse to eat this food and we get horribly smelly loose tummies. I am at a loss to understand why recipes have to be changed ? I cannot see myself purchasing this food again.

Our maine coon has being eaten this food for one and a half year, and everything was perfect, but the last bag we ordered gave to the cat an awful diarrhoea. We tried another supplier, but the result was the same. Unfortunately, we have to look for another dry food.

I have a multi cat household and Purizon was the one food that all of the cats enjoyed. I have noticed that the kibble is now a smaller size than it used to be and since this change two of my cats will no longer eat it and the others don''t enjoy it as much as they used to do.

The cats hardly eat it anymore; the old formula was much better. I’ll switch to another/similar product. It’s a shame that only sales matter here now, not the animal. The 2.5kg bag can only be opened with force or scissors. Yet again, a corporation just can’t get enough. Such a shame.

The Purizon chicken and fish food was hard to get through. It won't become our favourite.

The large bag no longer has a sealing strip, so these don't stay fresh anymore. Apparently, the taste has also changed since my cats don't like it the same way as before.

They changed the packaging and now it’s not resealable (unthinkable when you buy a 6.5kg bag). Also, something has changed because my cat doesn’t like eating it anymore, and on top of that, it gave her loose stools at first (I was already feeding her this food) and now she sometimes vomits it. I’m not sure whether to buy it again or switch to something else. It’s a shame because I used to be happy with it.

For the past few years, these have been the absolute favourite kibbles of two of our cats. Now the food looks much lighter and also feels less “greasy”. They still eat it, but with much less enthusiasm. The big bag without a zip is a disaster ☹️ Luckily, I still had an old bag and was able to transfer it.

My cats really like these kibbles, but the 6.5kg bag isn’t resealable, so the kibbles dry out... I don’t get it... most other brands make resealable bags, so why not Purizon? Especially since these aren’t budget kibbles, it’s a bit much...

This used to be our cats’ favourite food. Since the product change, they’re not so keen on it anymore. The ingredients have changed and I can’t really say if they might have even improved them? We’re still testing, and our wild outdoor cats seem to like it. The packaging isn’t great anymore without the zip. All the bags look the same now and just have a small paper label. We write the flavours in big letters on the bag with a marker 😅
