My cat has urinary problems and we were recommended this product by our vet, reviews were really good so thought I would give it a try, however my cat ate it for the first 2 days but then wouldn’t eat any more, she is quite fussy with her food so I don’t feel as though I could give this the review it probably deserves I received this product for free as part of a Home Tester Club product test.

My cat was diagnosed with stress induced cystitis a few years ago, and Hills Prescription is one of the brands he eats to help with his condition. I definitely have peace of mind knowing that he’s having a dry food which will help with his symptoms and is one that he will eat, too! I’ve deducted one star as it’s a bit on the pricey side, but I would definitely recommend :) I received this product for free as part of a Home Tester Club product test.

It’s difficult to comment on the effectiveness of the urinary aspect of this food, as that is more of a long term effect and I have only tried this food for 4 weeks. However, what I can say is that I had to lock the bag away in a cupboard as my cats chewed through the bag TWICE in their eagerness to gorge themselves on this food. So I’m assuming it just be food and they seem to like it. I received this product for free as part of a Home Tester Club product test.
