Got prescribed by a vet to put both of cats on this food. Definitely works. Healthy coat too. Make sure to follow feeding guidelines and feed amount of what weight the cat needs to be not the weight the cat already is.

As well as ongoing issues with stress related bladder problems, our male cat Tigger use to constantly spray on the furniture at home. Since our vet advised us to put him on the urinary stress prescription diet - no more problems! So much so we now don't even give him any medication (he was on cystease capsules once a day) He's also a lot calmer so all good. :-)

Our vet prescribed this food for our cat who vomited most days the food worked wonders he stopped vomiting straight away . Would highly recommend .

I have a little boy at home with a sensitive tummy/suspected food intolerances. The vet ran tests which came back normal. One of our cats was put on the s/d diet however we have two cats, the vet advised it was fine for the other cat to eat s/d too. We found that both cats would eat their allowance fast and as a result put on weight but still remained hungry. We have used this new metabolic and urinary and it seems to have irradicated these issues, they are well on way to weight loss. The cats seem so much happier and no more hunger cries!!!

We have 4 cats, 2 adults and 2 kittens. This food is perfect for all four. I asked our vet if it was ok to feed them all on it, and he said yes. It gentle on their tummies and gives all the nutrients they need.

couple of years ago one of my cats had just been diagnosed with diabetes so started off on this til he got a lot better and started putting on weight ( too much and now hes on the Hills r/d diet) my other cat who is a very fussy eater used to steal this and now she has this once day with wet food in the evening and she has put on weight from being a skinny cat. The vet recommended I start my female cat on this diet as she developed a stubborn case of feline cystitis which was diagnosed as stress related. I'm told stress is a common diagnosis for most UTIs in cats. She's been on this diet for 4 months now, wet and dry, and apart from a minor bacterial infection her urine samples are normal now! :) so grateful you're selling this here now as it's a very good price and so expensive elsewhere.

My 8 yrs old Birman had kidney problems. Even tho he was eating ok he was still getting smaller has been throwing up on a daily basis. He was all about the crap wet food wasn't so keen on dry before i put him on these kibbles. He absolutly loves them. He prefers them to wet food and will munch on them all day long..he's not only put all the weight back on in just few days being on Hills k/d but he's the heaviest he's ever been (always been slim). His fur looks amazing shiny,smooth was scruffy before. His mood improved. Never looked healthier. Couldn't recommend this enough. A real life saver

I have tried many different 'weight loss' foods for my fat cat. He is a friendly fellow and will go elsewhere for food if I feed him small portions but he really loves his Metabolic Biscuits and is losing weight at last. It is a slow loss but I am hopeful that it will continue now.
