Hill's Science Plan Adult 1 - 6 with Chicken

Velix got to try out the Hill’s Feline meal pouches and absolutely loves them! He finally finishes his bowl completely, and one pouch is just the right amount. We add a bit of water ourselves for extra moisture. The different flavours are fun, although the mix is a bit odd. The vitamins and minerals are a bonus, but I did expect a bit more meat and fish.

Both my cats were already waiting for it! But after licking up a bit of the sauce, they didn’t finish the bowl. One of them has had mild diarrhoea since the test day. So they don’t really like it and prefer to eat the kibble (and treats). It’s a shame that testing didn’t go as you’d hope this time. The remaining sachets are now being tested by the neighbours, so we’ll see what their cats think of it.

I received the food for free to test it out. My first impression was really good – the food is high quality and tastes great, because my picky cat started eating it eagerly right away. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for us in terms of tolerance. After a month of feeding, my cat started scratching a lot and got dandruff on her back. Apparently, something in the ingredients causes her allergies, so even though she likes the taste, we have to go back to her previous diet. I recommend it, but advise caution with sensitive cats.
