The last batch I got look and smell different and my cats won't eat them! They are normally white cubes, but these ones are brown and oddly shaped with a very crispy texture

Very disappointing
It’s really hit and miss with Thrive freeze dried treats ! This time they are VERY disappointing big huge pieces that are very hard over done rubbish! Made my cat vomit . Normally I can’t keep the cats away from them except when they’re like this! None want them! The smaller tubes are NEVER like this!
My cats used to love this
My cats have always been obsessed with these treats however on the last delivery we have been very disappointed as the quality of the chicken does not seem to be the same. Thrive has done some different and perhaps over freeze dried the chicken as it’s quite hard and smells different to usual. I won’t be reordering until this is resolved unfortunately as it’s very expensive to buy but a real shame as it was my cats favourite treat! I hope Thrive are able to sort this product issue in future.
Quality has dropped
I order several tubs every 2 weeks because my cats love it. But the last two orders have been very disappointing. Zooplus is not the problem. Thrive are either using poor quality chicken or they over freeze the chicken. My cats won’t go near it. I am very disappointed, my cats even more so. They see the tubs and get excited but as soon as I give it to them they walk away disappointed. I won’t be ordering this again. I will look for alternatives.

The treats have changed
Not only is the tin smaller and the price has gone up the treats themselves are different, in my last order the treats were a completely different texture (felt soft and chalky) and my cats who normally love them didn’t touch these ones. Disgusting how they charge more and make less quality. Also the amount of dust instead of chunks so disappointing
Disappointment for me and my cat
I've been ordering Thrive cat treats since 2023 because my cat loved them. However, with my latest order, I noticed that the smell and texture are different from the previous ones, and my cat won’t even try them. This has been a major disappointment and feels like a waste of my money.

Irresistible
I have a feeling that one of my cats [ youngest one ] could sell his soul for this snack. I am not kidding , he definitely can recognise the noise of opening the lid and rushes to kitchen. It is his number 1.
Less is Not More VERY POOR
Thrive have changed this so 170g instead of 200g the chicken is hard so more likely to be wasted & still all the dust small bits at the bottom
Thrive is already super expensive but now they've ruined this product HATE IT & seeking alternative this expensive bin filler

can't wait for me to open box
good natural food, fussy cats love them

Smaller portion size and smaller pieces also
I brought two tins (200g) of the chicken flavour last week and opened one of the tins and was quite surprised at the smaller portion size in the tin and also the chunks are more smaller pieces rather than chunky, I opened the other to and it is the same also, I’m not to happy having spent £42 on these tins, I buy these for my cat for the chunk size rather than to generally put on her food so I’ll just go and get the smaller tubes from the supermarket from now on

Amount of product
Why have you gone from 200g tube to 170g plus you have increased the price??? I understand to increase the price it’s self but you are ripping people off by making smaller portions. That’s so tricky and nasty

Not so good lately
For the price these have gone up to its not worth buying any more, especially as the last 2 have had alot of powder and tiny bits at the bottom

Not so good lately
The last few orders of this product have been not up to usual standard. The chicken pieces are not as large and have been very crumbly resulting in half a tub of bits rather than chunks. You can buy the tub that is purposely for sprinkling over food but this is meant to be bigger chunks.

Chicken addicted cats!
Our cats would live of this if we let them, it’s an amazi Treat for them and is exactly what it says…freeze dried chicken chunks, best way to get my cats in from their catio in the evening is to shake this tub, they know the sound a tub makes!

The twins ask for these
I have four cats, they all enjoy these including the toothless old girl. The twins ask for them, mewing till they get one. I let them take one from the tin, when it gets low they have to be inventive to get them out, I've heard them growl if the other takes too long
crushed like dust
Waste of money. My cat wasn’t able to eat it as it was literally a tube full of dust!!!!

Crushed!
My cats adore these but the latest batch were so squashed into the tub that they were mostly crumb so it ended up being a very expensive food topper. I chose these over the cheaper Cosma Snackies because they were not as broken but I willnot waste that extra £10 again.

Unlike the smaller tubes, most of this was dust
My cats go mad for these treats. They're not cheap but as an occasional, healthier treat I don't mind. However, most of the treats had been crushed into dust so weren't actually usable. I'll stick to the smaller tubes in future.
Expensive
Expensive for what it is but our 5 ferrets absoloutely love this. My cat doesn't show any interest though.
Simply the best
Cat loves it, hunts it and go crazy for it.
