I HAVE PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT TWICE NOW AND IT HAS A TERRIBLE SMELL AND IS FULL OF AIR, OBVIOUSLY PROBLEM WITH THIS BATCH, TOLD IM DISABLED, THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING, SO I'VE WASTED MY MONEY, THANK YOU SO MUCH ZOOPLUS!!;

There's definitely something wrong with the ingredients—getting my cats to eat this treat is nearly impossible. One cat flat-out refused, and the other, who usually eats anything you put in front of him, wasn't interested either. That's a first! Money down the drain, I won't be ordering again.

For the past few months, the quality of the pouches has dropped drastically. Until now, my Kitty loved them, but with the last few deliveries, I’ve had to throw away half of the pouches. Some of them just reek of carrion—I suspect the manufacturer has started putting in old meat, because my cat is disgusted by the pouches and they simply stink. This applies to both the salmon ones and the green ones with chicken and the liver flavour.
