This product is awesome my cat goes mad for these.

Quality has declined
I have been ordering these for my cats for a year and they loved them. The last batch I noticed the pieces look and smell different. The pieces are dry and sinewy. My cat does not like them. I contacted zooplus who contacted the manufacturer and they claim the recipe is the same, clearly this is not the case. I have been offered a refund. It is disappointing the recipe and quality are no longer satisfactory.

Completely different than usual
I ordered 2 tins of chicken bits . When they arrived I opened one and immediately noticed they smelt different.,The tins were a different shape too ,. My cat won’t eat them .
The label on the tin is identical to the one on my previous tin bought through Amazon but the pieces of “ dried chicken “ look different. They must be being produced from a different supplier?
Very disappointing especially as I’ve ordered them from a proper cat supplier Zooplus

My cats used to knock these flying to get into them, sadly they turned their nose as soon as i opened the tins, recipe has 100% changed. Got my money back to try find another brand they like

Last batch completely unfit, returned for credit
I had been buying these for about two years, since Thrive product went downhill, (along with their tub size reduction and price increase). However, after buying the triple tub Cosma offer in January, I was upset to find instead of the nice white chewy morsels my cats loved, that I had tubs of dirty brown dried out hard lumps that were inedible. All three of my cats turned their noses up at them, and at over £50, I couldn’t afford to waste my money., so I returned for a refund.

I've got 10 cats and they all absolutely love these treats. If they get a bit fussy with food, I crumble a few over the top of the food and they'll eat it then

Cats go crazy for these treats! I throw them far and my cat loves to chase it. He has kidney issues so I can't give him many, only occasionally, but they help for when he's off his food and I want to encourage him to eat. I just sprinkle one of these on top of the food (like parmesan haha) and he licks the bowl clean!

Product Change - Cat Won’t Eat
After being out of stock for a while, my cat missed his favourite treats (he’s eaten these for years). When they came back in stock, I ordered them & immediately opened them on delivery as I knew how pleased he’d be to have them. I was shocked to see him turn his nose up at them & refuse to eat them. I did think they looked & smelt different myself. Came here to see if others were saying the same, turns out they are. Won’t buy again. £20 wasted! You should advertise any changes in products!

My cats absolutely loved Cosma Freeze dried Chicken treats for the last 6 years! This used to be my cats favourite snack. We order a few tubs a month for years.
Its my second order this year and noticed the recipe and packaging has changed. My cat refuse to eat this now.

i have had refunds for this product in the last months .. i have tried to explain what i believe has occurred to the very helpful customer service people, but they don't know the products well enough
I stopped buying Thrive treats as they changed and my 4 cats would not eat them. someone on Amazon recommended Cosmo treats from Zooplus around 8yrs ago!! I have bought them regularly ever since

Recipe Change
Recipe/way they make these has now changed. They are the exact same as their cheaper counterparts now. My cat will not eat any other treat and it is causing me huge problems. He doesn’t play with toys and has treat based stimulation with puzzles etc. but this is now no longer possible because of this change. Causing me a great deal of stress because absolutely no one else makes freeze dried chicken treats the same as Cosma did. I am begging for them to be changed back.

Seem to have changed
My cats used to.love these.Last ones I bought cats wont eat them so disappointed as I have a diabetic cat who is only allowed dried freeze treats

Disappointing change
It is so frustrating when recipes etc change because it's never for the better. My oldest ragdoll is very picky but he used to devour these treats. Now, they are almost identical to the Thrive ones that are too hard and crunchy for him. He won't even entertain them. Our younger one is less fussy and still eats them so they won't go to waste but I probably won't buy them again unless they go back to how they were.
Why has this product changed?
My cats used to love these treats. They used to be lovely white square chunks. Now it is beige and irregular shapes and most of the treats have crumbled. My cats won’t eat them unless I sprinkle another treat over the top.
I ordered similar treats from Thrive and the size and contents of the tin are exactly the same! Very disappointing.
My cat adores them
My cat has a very sensitive tummy and isn't always that into her food. All I have to do is crumble one of these over her food and she loves it! We call it pixie dust! That's why it doesn't really bother me that some have crumbled to dust in the tub. She also likes to eat them whole and can manage easily even with her few remaining teeth.

I’ve been waiting for a while for Cosma to fix their snackies. They used to be great, perfectly crunchy, minimal dust, most pieces are similar in sizes. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same no more. XXL box comes with 1/4 part of normal pieces, then 2/4 of crumbles, super tiny small pieces from being crumbled it seems, and then 1/4 of the box contains dust. The price has increased for no reason, especially as the product lost its value. I used to buy 3packs deal. Now I rarely buy one.

Changed recipe
The new, larger cans contain a different product (chicken). What used to be their favourite treat for years, something my two Coonies would beg for, is now left untouched. I have no idea what they did to the product, but if you have a subscription and suddenly receive something completely different, it's really annoying. My two can still enjoy the last can from the old batch, but after that, unfortunately, we'll have to look for something else. Such a shame!!
