It is so frustrating when recipes etc change because it's never for the better. My oldest ragdoll is very picky but he used to devour these treats. Now, they are almost identical to the Thrive ones that are too hard and crunchy for him. He won't even entertain them. Our younger one is less fussy and still eats them so they won't go to waste but I probably won't buy them again unless they go back to how they were.

I’ve bought the white fish one and it was indeed big cubes of fish. But the chicken one is full of tiny pieces and at least 10% of it is powder at the bottom

On my first order, this product was really great. This time, it looks like leftovers, no uniform pieces. Our cat still eats them though. Let’s see what the next order looks like.

I buy these snacks every week, as with 7 cats quite a lot gets eaten. I've already ordered and given my cats all the different variants more than once. However, all items of this snack labelled as XL or XXL are different from the "normal" ones and aren't liked by the cats. The idea of the XXL tin is great, but even here the contents are only eaten moderately. The "normal" ones, on the other hand, are devoured.

The snacks themselves are well received, but the "Chicken" variety has little to do with XXL. Lots of small pieces and partly just crumbs, which can hardly be given as individual treats. At first, I thought it was a one-off issue, but annoyingly, even with the second order, only the tuna snacks were actually XXL.

Be careful, at this price—€154 per kilo—and I received yellowed sweets. Thank you for refunding quickly after I sent my photo. Please lower your price.

The tin is 30% bigger, same amount inside as before but still full – how does that work? My cat, who used to go crazy for it, spits it out now. It was always great before, but sadly not this time. I’ll probably have to throw it away. Such a shame, especially since it wasn’t exactly cheap.

We used to buy these all the time, but our last order was a disappointment. Looks like there was a mistake with the packaging. The smell was rotten and mouldy, as if they were damp and had gone off in the jar.

Unfortunately, the current delivery has a short best-before date of 11/2026, unlike the previous deliveries which had a best-before date of, for example, 07/01/2028. Normally, the principle of "first in, first out" applies, but unfortunately that wasn’t followed here.

The top favourite over the past years is now only eaten reluctantly by my two cats. The recipe or production method was recently changed, so the treats are now much harder and at the same time have almost no smell. I suspect the treats are now dried for longer, because they used to be quite "brittle" and there would always be a lot of crumbled treats at the bottom of the tin. We really wish we could have the old Cosma XXL Chicken back.
