I agree with the other reviewers who noticed change in the product. I have been buying chicken Snackies for years & my last batch were in the new packaging, & they were a different colour yellowish not the usual white. Most of them were hard & went into the bin. The ones that were ok to give to the cats they wouldn’t eat them so the taste must have changed too. I will be cancelling my subscription.

My cat adores these treats and the most recent batch I bought smells different and she won't even attempt to eat them now. The quality of the product has definitely changed. So disappointed as I bought a multipack and won't be buying again! Gutted as they were her favourite.

My cats would practically go feral for these (was great for bribery haha). I was happy forking out to buy several batches of these a month. However, my latest batch had different packaging, I thought it was just cosmetic but my cats just don’t like them anymore. I bought some of the bigger tubs and they appeared to still be the old type - though reviews suggest those may have also changed. Am moving away from this site now as they stopped selling another of their favs too. So sad.
