Aumüller Baldini Valerian Pillow

My boy cat loves these pillows, and yes they will stink because my cat gets them wet from chewing and then they stink. BUT he will still use them and enjoys trying to disembowel them. Which is always fun to watch.

The vet recommended valerian as catnip can make cats anxious or aggressive. Worked so well! Regarding their strength, the pillows are not strong but you are supposed to supervise any animal with a toy, as my cats love these and are obsessed I keep my eye on them & only leave them alone with it for a few minutes if that.

My cats find these irresistible and will writhe around and play with them over and over. Contrary to other reviewers I have found the little cotton bags very durable and long-lasting. It’s a shame we can’t refill them with fresh valerian for even more longevity. I keep them put away in the plastic bag between play sessions as they are very stinky!

One of my cats liked this, but my daughter's cat has finally torn it up.

My cats go crazy for these, tossing them about, lying on them drooling. Hours of fun

My cat loves these valerian stuffed toys, she's not a lover of catnip, so it was great to find an alternative. I have had to sew up the seams a couple of times, but overall I think they are good value. I give them to my cat for a supervised amount of time, so they are like a treat and I find she appreciates them more . I give them a good rub to release the smell and have found they last for 3 to 4 months.

One of my cats is incredibly timid and doesn't usually play with toys. I gave her one of these and she was rolling around on her back playing with it - I've never seen her react like this to a toy before.

All three of my cats adore this little pillows. Some times they play with them like crazy, other times they roll & cuddle with them. They are well made & seems robust enough to last.

First of all, for all the people that is reviewing low because of the smell. We all know valerian root stinks but that does not make it a bad product! My cats have been fighting/loving the cushions and they’re well sawn and the fabric used is very resistant. I think is a great product and I will be reordering more.

Honestly they cannot get enough of them, the only thing is they stink. But it’s still so funny to see them playing, chewing and ‘killing’ these little pillows. Get some for your cat and you will see what I mean 🐈‍⬛ I would attach photos if I could have all the fun.

Yes, they smell hideous. I can't have the cats on my knee for a while after they've played with them but as I write this my cat is writhing around the kitchen floor and is happier than a pig in the proverbial - what more do you want?

Bought to replace the well loved ones that are now a bit worse for wear. Got 4 happy cats now!

I definitely recommeded this for cats and kittens because mine love them and are obsessed with them. i was unsure at first since my cat has never had valerian catnip before but now that i do know he likes them. I'd definitely buy valerian based toys from now on after this experince.

I have to hide this from poe as he won’t leave it alone. Well worth the money.

Very popular with our cats. They often pick them up and take them to bed with them. They seem well made to me and we certainly haven’t had any leaks. I’ll be getting more! Hopefully with my zoo points 🥰

I didn't read the description and assumed the valerian would relax her.....no. Immediately out of the packet I put one in her bed and she went crazy mad for it!!! (Video on Instagram if you need proof lillithoflondon !)

There is no way of putting this subtlety, Valerian stinks like Athletes Foot! But the Cats love them and it keeps them happy and relaxed, Just need to keep up with the air fresheners, cause to the Human nose, it's very unpleasant.

I have always bought these for my cats when I can afford to spoil them & they go completely cuckoo with them. They are chomping at the bit before I even get them out of the bag. They are totally spaced out when they have one each. Licking, sucking & biting them. One of my cats loves tossing them through the air with her mouth then repeating the process over & over. They are durable & long lasting so they withstand being bitten, sucked & chewed on. Yes, they reek but totally worth it.

As with almost all valerian toys, these smell extremely strong, a bit like sweaty socks, but my kitten adores valerian so I don’t mind dealing with it when she plays, she LOVES these !!! she bites, kicks and rubs her face all over them !! 100% recommend, so cheap yet such high quality and so entertaining

They get all playfull

My cat loves it :)

We love these little Baldinis. Our cats play really rough with them, but they still hold up. We're delighted. The value for money is brilliant :) !!

Super popular, goes all through the house.

My cat is attracted to the little cushions and plays with them.

My older cat went absolutely crazy (I’d never offered her anything with catnip before). She plays with it, squeezes and licks it, and practically gets lost in the scent... Luckily, I tied one to a long string, the other one has already disappeared. For my (admittedly sensitive) nose, the smell is too strong, so I keep the sachets outside on the balcony.

I tried out the cushions because of the price, and now I'm about to order more. That's when I read the surprisingly good reviews. Blitz, our pretty wild tomcat who usually tears things apart, has loved the cushion since mid-April—so for about 3 months now. He cuddles with it, licks it, gets all excited and relaxed at the same time. And even after all this time, he still does it every now and then. The cushion just lies around here, and when he comes home from his adventures, he snuggles up on it 🐻 We think they're brilliant!

Very good product, it has a calming effect on my cats. They really enjoy playing with them and nibbling on them. Catnip doesn't work on ours, but valerian does.

I love it and so do my cats. With every order, I get one or two packs. I also give some to friends who have cats and they love it too.

I buy these regularly for my cats. Great toy, both of my cats go crazy for them. I honestly recommend it.

I bought the pouch for my cats thinking they’d play a bit more calmly, and I ended up buying some for my friends’ cats too. It was a hit with all of them!

My cats can’t get enough of these little pouches—they play with them, rub their faces on them, bite them, and even after months they’re still interested.

Small scented play cushion for cats 😺

Jerry and Ronja go crazy for it afterwards.
