Hasn’t realised it’s so tiny compared to others I’ve had
Hasn’t realised that it is tiny compared to others I’ve bought from Zooplus. Trickier to refill and can’t see how I can clean & dry the inside. It works but I prefer the larger ones as they can be opened up to fill and clean… plus cat empties this quickly due to size doesn’t hold very much dry food.

It’s good
My boy loves it, figured it out within a day by himself. Only reason I gave 4 stars is, it doesn’t open, and it’s quite small so you only really have to roll it like once and the treats come out easily. Doesn’t hold a lot of biscuits.

Can only load 1 treat at a time and cannot be opened for cleaning or stuck treats
This ball has a moveable cover that either closes, or has 2 different sized holes for different sized treats or dispensing rate. My biggest issue is that it cannot be opened up. I can only load it one treat at a time, and it is impossible to clean the internals nor access any stuck treats inside, especially bad due to the internal spiral construction. I will be giving this to charity, and continue to use our other -Wobby Mouse Toy- that opens up and our 2 cats still love batting about.

Quality has decreased
Previous treat balls have been amazing but the last two I have brought have broken immediately after a day of use

Nice toy to have
One of my cats love getting his treats out of this ball, the other one is not allowed to touch it so I am having to buy another one...
They have the Sanabelle hairball snacks in it & they love them!
No use
My kitten is possibly really stupid but he hadn’t got a clue how to get the treats out.. so it’s basically just a ball with treats inside that rattle

Falls apart easily, loud
Several components come off really easily. Also because of hard plastic rather than rubber, this toy is very loud on hardfloor

broke after 3 days
nice idea and one of my cats loved it and wouldnt let the other cats get a look in. however after 3 days he managed to bite it and break it in two. so not impressed as it could have injured him.
Has become an essential
I have two cats and only one has taken to this but she loves it. Unfortunately for me she has become quite expert at getting the treats out in next to no time, even with the higher difficuty level setting....don't know what the record is but she can get over 10 out in less than half a minute. I wish there was some way of making it a bit more challenging.

Cat asks for it to be filled!
Got sent one of these a few years back as a free gift from Zooplus. It took the cat a while to get the idea, but he’s loved this ball and even asks for it to be refilled. Sadly it has now seen better days and has a few cracks in after my sisters border terrier took a liking to it. The other similar treat ball is no where near as challenging or effective, so for 99p I have no excuse but to replace it!
Useless After One Go
Even tiny treats got stuck inside, and there's no way to open it to clean it out get the treats back out. So after one use it was unuseable, as the stuck treats would go yucky inside. Very disappointed, waste of money.
Won't open for cleaning
Any sized treats seemed to get stuck easily and I couldn't get the ball open to clean it out. It was useless after the first few uses.

Great for indoor kittys!
Simple yet so amazing! I thought it would be a good idea to get for when I go out the house so my cat has something else to play with while still getting food and I was right. She loves playing with it and I always put her food in there now because she enjoys it so much. So cheap too!
Needs treats to be extra small
Ball was smaller than I expected and most treats are too big to freely move about in it. Still at 99p what did I expect. Kitten will still enjoy playing with it and I will just have to hunt down some tiny treats to put in it.

Great way to keep busy
Above all, one of my two tomcats really enjoys playing with the ball. It's great for not just handing out treats or dry food. I think it's quite sturdy, but ours often falls down the stairs, so I've already bought it twice. However, they never stay busy with the ball for very long, because the food falls out too easily. Otherwise, it's great!

Perfect pastime

Not very durable
I've had this for just under a year, and I foster cats, so in other words, I often don't have a cat, and the toys haven't been used much. The lid has simply fallen off, so it can't be used anymore. It's a shame, because otherwise it's a good toy and a nice way to let the cat get food or treats while being active, but when it so quickly just turns into rubbish, it's no longer worth it.
