Be patient - it may take them a while!
When presented with this, both my cats sniffed it, patted it once or twice, then ignored it. I just left it in a corner. Weeks later, one of my cats had got the idea! Now she spends a lot of time batting the balls around. She occasionally pulls a ball out of it, but it's easy to put back. My older cat isn't interested, but I'm happy with a 50% success.

Brilliant little toy - mine love it
It’s not too big and has the bonus of the balls staying within the toy - mine played with it for a solid 5 mins.
I’m sure they will go back for more later - not the worst of spends

Lovely colour
I bought this with my zooplus point I have amassed and it was an instant hit with my wee chinchilla and my big mainecoon. They have both however managed to set the balls free. Still it's a great little toy.

High Quality & Is Great for Enrichment
I was extremely pleasantly surprised upon opening my parcel to see the high quality plastic of the tower, the balls were quite light but they have to be to spin around! It's fantastic for the price.
My kitten, Dexter, is obsessed. We work from home and this keeps him focused for hours, you can also hide treats on the layer if you wanted to make a challenge to pull them out!

Loves her toy
My cat Lily loves playing with this toy, she goes crazy the middle ball is no longer and if she's feeling lazy she will lay down and play with it. Worth every penny paid and I didn't consider that was much.

Well made but my cat didn’t play with it
Very sturdy, well made, works well but my cat was completely uninterested in it to play. It just collected dust, easy to clean though & can place treats on & move the ball for play. Perhaps my cat just didn’t like it, I gifted it to another cat.

Great toy
Our kitty has loved this toy from the moment we unboxed it. He has figured out how to get the middle-ball out and plays with that all around the house. It's given him many hours of entertainment, so a great buy!

All cat age enjoyment
Used these when I fostered for CP, and my cats from a few weeks old up to my 13 year old all love playing with this. Not keen on the colour, the old one I had was wellow and red, but still works the same.
Hours of fun!
My 2 Ragdolls absolutely love this, so much so I need to get another one as they both want it for themselves. They spend hours playing with it. The balls can come out but go back easily.

Very unstable / broken product
Really disappointed with this purchase. The tower detaches from its base all the time my 3 months kitten plays with it. The tower arrived with no package on it and the base was detached already. It was probably broken before arrival.

Entertainment for kitty
My kitten is obsessed with the tower. As I type, I just unpacked it 10 min ago, put it down and he went wild for it! Seems good quality but too early to tell.

Hours of fun
My kitten spends hours playing with this. The balls occasionally flick out but this just leads to a new game of chase the ping pong ball. They go back easily. It could be a bit more stable but seems to work quite well upside down!

Great toy but.....
My rambunctious 5 month kitten couldn't wait to get his paws on this toy. Within 5 minutes the base had come away and refuses to stay on tightly, therefore sending one ball into oblivion already. Put the base back on and moved another ball into that section - annnndddd another ball sent into the back of beyond. Having given up the ghost with the base now worried the other bits will come apart. Poorly made shame because kitten cat loved it.
Broken toy

Very bad toy
My kitten knocks the ball out with just a swipe of her paw (the ball is way too soft) and the structure is far too flimsy. Really disappointed, even for such a low price.

The tomcat loves it
My 11-year-old male cat loves this. He's an indoor cat and gets bored easily. He can lie or sit and play with this for ages. Sometimes he manages to get the middle ball out, but otherwise it holds up well. And he's pretty heavy-pawed. Really great toy!

The lazier kitty really loves it

kept me interested longer than expected!

My cat doesn’t play with it all the time, but when she does, she really enjoys the little tower. I always hide her plush mouse inside, and she loves pulling it out. Since the toy is made of plastic, it seems very durable and can take a fair bit of rough play. We’re happy with it!
