When it 1st came out the box one of my kittens loved it though think that was mainly because of the catnip which came with it. Despite adding fresh catnip they haven't really looked at it since. So for my kittens it isn't for them, though i'll put it away and try again as they get older

Unfortunately, it’s really just a bit of rubber and plastic. It wasn’t even looked at. Since my cat doesn’t care for catnip, it’s no use either. It doesn’t vibrate, just sits there. It’s a bit of a brush, nothing more. It’s too expensive for what it is.

I'm shocked that this thing is still even on the market. I bought it for my cat years ago and she completely ignored it. Not even the catnip worked on her.
