Cats seem pleased and the blind fellow took to it as soon as it was unboxed. The rigid scratch portion is not very well secured as it "rocks" badly and will require some DIY wedges to stabilize, hence the 3 start rating - otherwise would have been more.

Yoda and Gizmo were in this before I had even finished putting it together. They love it. In and out of the holes in the top, playing with the dangling toys, pouncing on each other. Brilliant price.

This came mostly assembled in the box which is very good though it'd be easy to assemble anyway if not, the whole tunnel is crinkly material and the balls have a rattle affect, I've a kitten who hasn't left it since it arrived and set up! Can see this may be a new favourite among my two :) great price, delivery fantastic quick, can see it's great quality. Would recommend (y)

My tunnel arrived today, and my cats (4) were in it straight away. They love it. It is warmer than the nylon ones I had, purr fet for winter.

The scratch mat is edged on all sides by very soft material which is easily damaged when the cats are clawing at the mat. Within weeks the sisal/brush part was a mangled mess of soft material & cardboard. The tunnel, as it does not have an area that encourages scratching, remained in good condition and is a great play area.

I have three indoor cats and this has been an instant hit with them. The tunnel is a great hide and seek toy, and they love the brush at the end. This product is excellent quality, a great design and fantastic value for money. Highly recommended

I am gutted. I spent £19.99 on the 'brand name' brush covered arch a couple of months before Christmas. If I'd have waited, I would have snapped this up as it makes the tunnel free. And it looks a really sturdy tunnel! Only my boy cats like the arch and it took them 2 or 3 weeks but a sprinkle of cat nip and they'll preen themselves on it and wrestle with it almost every day now. This is a bargain :-)

Bought this for our 7 month old Maine Coon and he absolutely loves it , it's large and very sturdy , we keep the tunnel and the scratch pad separate so he has two tota for the price of one , great value for money too , this is a really large sturdy tunnel

I've secured the tunnel so it doesn't come loose after just one run-through. The whole thing is completely white; the picture on the site also shows brown, but that's nowhere to be found here. The cats can pull out the brush part, and there's tension on it, so be careful with this—otherwise the cats might get a shock from it.

My cats love it. They use it to play and to sleep. It's very sturdy and, unlike the previous ones, it doesn't "fly away" as soon as the cats get in. It was an excellent purchase!

She loves scratching the top part of the base, I’m going to order another one because she’s worn it out from using it so much. The only downside is that the tube kept coming out, but I put the tube inside the base and secured it with two cable ties to the brush at the entrance and it turned out perfect.
