Opened toy, loved it from the second he opened and was dragging it out of the box. Sadly after some excited play for just under 1 hour, he broke the plastic bit, which screws in - from the screw hole. No way of fixing it. Sadly not built for a 4.5kg one year old British Shorthair.

This is the 3rd time that I’ve orders these toys because they keep breaking. Also every time I ended up receiving 2 or 3 same toys which are not even toys that are advertised on their listing. It is very misleading, and I’m sure trading standards will have something to say about it. U

Sent the uninteresting ones AND 2 duplicates out of 3 ordered! Complained they were the most uninteresting out of all shown and couldn't they of at least not of sent 2 the same! They just replied that it's randomly picked and could mean they are all the same if that's all the stock that's left! So beware, you probably will get the lots of the same more boariing toys shown! 👎

I got a set of these toys, screwed them into the scratch posts, then 2 days later started picking up the shattered plastic from where my cats had pulled on them during playing & the section that attaches to the screw had snapped under pressure. Attractive toy, cats adored them; such a shame that they're just not fit for purpose

We got one of these for our three 6 month old kittens. It was easy to fit, and they love to play with it, but unfortunately it is falling apart after about a month of use (we got the spider, and it has lost its eyes, nose and about half of the legs and feet, and the body is very mangled too). I'd recommend this for cats that don't play too vigorously, but not for those like ours who are more aggressive with their toys.

I've given a rating of fair rather than poor because its possible that a more gentle cat may have better luck with this toy. My 9 month old bengal Izzy loved it so much, for 10 minutes, and then it snapped off. Not the elastic, the actual plastic rod that it hangs from just snapped off. She enjoyed it while it lasted anyway!
