Sound-Mouse Cat Toy

My cat loves this toy. He’ll bring it over to me so we can play. The only downside is the rubber string. He chews it.

I'm very much looking forward to the batteries going on this, it's unbelievably loud. My cats seem to be an equal mix of interested in the sound and confused by it - but I think it might be because it's too loud for them too. They all come running when they hear it but when they get too close they get wary. This is the first noisy toy they've had, but they all love a toy on a stick. I suspect it'll be better when the noise stops unfortunately. If it just wasn't so uncomfortably loud

My cat really enjoys that toy, but the sound is not playing after 1st play as the cat pulled the mouse away from me, and then she released it. As the mouse is on the rubber it hit me in the hand and somehow destroyed the speaker inside. I am still not sure if the rubber will be strong enough to not break up and hit my cat.

This toy is horrid. If it was up to me, I would give it a minus rating due to the irritating squeak it emits every time it moves... I had to rate it for my cat rather than myself. It annoys me, so she LOVES it! She chases it around happily trilling and has even reached into the toy box and pulled it out to squeak non stop as I try desperately to watch the TV and not go mad from the noise! Don't get this toy if you are sensitive to high pitched noises which sound like car alarms!

Got this for our kitten and he loved the mouse but not the squeak. Minstrel turned tail and ran when he heard it we stopped the squeak, (which was a horrible noise), and a few weeks later Minstrel had the whole squeak box out of the mouse. I have sewn it back up and he hasn't stopped playing with it since. The moral of this story is less is more, the toy without the squeak is entertaining enough.

The sound is very annoying but my cats love it! We have to hide it at night.. I don’t think it can be turned off?

This simple toy is my cats new firm favourite toy! The simplicity of the mouse makes this really bouncy which catches my attention straight away. It does make a high pitched squeaking noise which can get annoying for us but the cat loves it!

Great cat toy, my boys love it but it's pretty noisy. I can't pick it up without setting off the "tweeting" sound it makes. It's super sensitive to movement and sounds more like a mental bird than the squeak of a mouse. Still, my cats think it's the tits.

This toy has a reasonably sturdy pole, an elastic cord, and a cute little plush mouse. The slightest movement causes it to make a shrill EE-EE-EE-EE-EE noise. You cannot turn this off. My two cats love it - they get very excited by the squeaking and it's a definite improvement over silent toys. It is currently wrapped in a scrap of furry fabric and stuffed into the cat-toy-drawer. It goes off when I walk past. Buy it if you hate peace, quiet, and the people you live with.

Pros: - Cat bloody loves it. - Will play with it for absolutely ages, favourite toy. Cons: - Squeaks every time you move it, so if you plan to 'hide it' when playtime is over (which I would recommend, for the cat's safety) you need to put it in a different room where the cat doesn't go and you're not going to accidentally knock it. Otherwise the cat WILL find it. And she WILL steal it. - Feathers were gone after about 1-2 weeks. - Squeaker is about to fall out after a month/ish

My cat (Shadow)loves this toy! he went into the box where I'd hidden it & unwrapped it before I gave it to him. He loves the "wiggly-ness" & the squeak. The only probolem with it is that he bit holes in the stick & ruined the elastic only a couple of days after he got it, Otherwise, a great toy & I would still reccomend it.

This arrived last night and our kitten immediately went crazy for it! The sound was a bit annoying but he seemed to love it! Unfortunately, when i got it out this morning, there wasn't a sound to be heard from the mouse. It doesn't seem to have dampered his enthusiasm for it though although I'm a bit disappointed it broke so quickly.

I forgot this toy was meant to squeak, i pulled the little tag that said PULL, and now i cant put it back in! The cats love it though as it sounds like a litte tiny bird. Well i think my cat likes it, he hisses and growls at it! Its quite amusing for me to watch him get so worked up over a little mouse! The feather tail is still on. Just wish i could stop it from sqeaking sometimes!

This mouse squeaks really nicely and for ages, it needs no batteries and the cats love it, but the feathers came off its tail within half an hour.
