I bought the window spinner because my cats like to lie by the window or play with the cord of the blind. It's very sturdy, spins easily, and makes a really soft ringing sound. Unfortunately, my cats don’t find it interesting at all. The deduction in points is only because it doesn’t stay attached to the window for very long. A strong cat could dislodge it.
