I got this to stop my dog messing with the cat litter and I had to give it away because is not fit to propose. I dont know how is intended to keep odor when there's a massive gap

Its quite a good cat box but with one huge flaw - the clips are very poorly designed as per other reviews. I have purchased three so far. One I smashed the lid by accident. I have two on the go. Of the 12 clips I had originally I'm now down to five working clips. They break so easily when you remove the lid to clean the litter box..

The door flap broke the first time we went to change the sand. I'm very disappointed. what do I do now? Do you have a replacement cap? The odor is horrible and my cat is just a baby. I hope they get in touch with me to solve the problem or at least sell me a cover since I can't find it to exchange. I thought that for being a big box, it would be robust but no.

Clips broke on it within a couple of weeks it doesn't keep the smell in it because door doesn't close fully waste of money

Had two of these delivered now, and both times smashed to pieces. Literally. Getting so frustrated! Looks like they would be good if they weren't in pieces.

I never had any issues with the smell in the past 5 years but now with this one it’s awful. The door doesn’t close at all, there is a big gap between the door and the box. It doesn’t show on the pictures it’s unfortunate.. do not recommend. Even if it’s clean and change the litter all the time my flat smells alway bad

I’m very dissatisfied after purchasing this big tray for my Maine coon pet, the fastening clips are faulty and do not fit . They actually snapped. I cannot find any replacement clips unless I spend a fortune having them imported from Germany, seeing the previous reviews I see no point in asking for a replacement as they all seem to come with faulty products

I have purchased three of these boxes in the past which have all been excellent. I ordered another one recently and the fasteners would not close. The box was returned to Zooplus who sent a replacement but this also had faulty fasteners. Such a shame that the manufacturers are not producing the box to the original high standard they used to. I will now look for a different brand to buy.

We changed our old litter box as it was getting too small, good large size for our Maine coon cats. Shame about the quality of plastic . Not lasted 6 months and it is already splitting . Don't buy this box if you want a lasting box!!!!

I love how this litter box looks but it is easily breakable. I have had to buy two in the last year because they keep breaking :( I would NOT buy this again.
