Bought this bin 3 years ago and it is still going strong. It locks the smell in and works really well. But the refills are never available to buy so it is close to becoming redundant once my supply runs out (I bought six packs when they were last in stock for five minutes and only have two left). I’ve tried ordering an imitation on Amazon which is well designed and fits but does not deal with the smell, so I can’t use this. So don’t buy the bin is my advice as you won’t be able to use it long!

I bought the litter locker last year when I first got my 1st kitten and it’s been great. The spring broke so it’s now so much easier to open/close the hatch! 😅 It’s working fine! The only problem I have is the cartridge refill is always out of stock and now I’m on my last one, I am not able to find it anywhere. Been waiting on zooplus for weeks and even in Amazon, I can only find one seller who delivers 1-2 weeks later at almost 3 times the price for each cartridge, which is extortionate! 🙁

These work great, but are never in stock. Have to resort to paying extortionate prices on Amazon. All good that we've purchased the bin, but never any supplies available.

This improves on the LitterLocker II refill in two ways: there's a larger hole in the middle and it "locks" into place in the LitterLocker Fashion. That said, this is a crazy price for a long bag and a plastic cartridge. They've taken a leaf out of printer manufacturers' book: sell the base unit really cheaply and then cash in on the consumables. ;-)

Refills fit the new litterlocker fashion, with a larger opening, and a rounded hexagonal design. Will NOT fit the old litter locker 2 as refills
