Tigerino Crystals Cat Litter - Blossom Scent

Bought this because of all the great reviews...but it has to be one of the worst smelling litters I’ve ever had!! I tend to use the Silica Litter from B&Ms (which is great and never smells) bought this as I was getting a big order. 3 days after filling the litter tray it absolutely stinks. Its easy to remove the poop but the smell remains. Looking back I see the positive reviews are all from a while ago, I don’t know if they’ve changed the composition of this or something. Will never buy again.

Our indoor cat stinks up our house really badly and I've been desperate to try silica litter as I've heard good personal reviews from friends. Not this brand necessarily but others. This is the first one we've tried, and if possible, it smells worse than with clay litter? We used a full 5l bag on Monday, understanding the principle is that you change it every 2 to 4 weeks for a single cat. It's only Sunday! Less than I week and we're exasperated and disappointed with the promise and the product.

I can't believe this litter gets so many good reviews! I've tried all the popular litters now and would not buy this again. 1 bag lasts a week and smells really bad, meaning you have to empty the litter tray and wash it every week. In the beginning, I thought it's great that you only scoop out the poo but I'd hate to think what the cats think of walking on their own wee as it stays in the litter. Works out expensive and not economical at all. Back to Greenwoods for me.....

Tried most litters on Zooplus & finally found one I love. This is a gem, Only the flower power seems to last the longest & does not get smelly. the box stays dry, tracking is easy to hoover as no dust & all my rescue cats get on with it. Awesome.

My husband took up the cat litter task (bless him) and started to get quite desperate with Catsan. Even though our 10 months old cat goes outdoors, she waits to get home to do her #1s and 2s... I ordered several cat litters (Oko Plus, World's Best and Tigerino), he tried out Tigerino first and just loves it. What a difference! I am not even sure he wants to try the first two anymore, and will definitely order more of this one. It smells 90% less and lasts much longer than Catsan.

I can highly recommend all these Tigerino crystal cat litters, especially this one. Before finding this product i was using a really dusty product that tracked everywhere. I searched for something better and found this. I have now ordered in bulk. I have 2 cats and each bag lasts about 10-11 days. Really pleased with it.

Before purchase of this product i had been using catsan litter. I been struggling with the cats spreading litter everywhere (i used products to stop it - not working ) I own 2 cats which choose to use only one litter box. I been in place where the litter had yo been changed every 2nd day as of the smell of urine. With tigerino i am able to change the litter once a week (scooping the poos daily) and there is no smell at all. Love this product

This is the best cat litter ever! I've tried quite a few brands but most recently I've been using the leading brand seen in most UK supermarkets and I'm happy to say that Tigerino cat litter beats it by a mile! There is no smell! My cat has an enclosed dome-shaped litter tray and whenever she used to do a no.2 we would all gag as the smell wofted around the room alerting us that she'd been. With the Tigerino cat litter, I genuinely cannot tell if she has been or not. The only downside is when I first started using Tigerino, I forgot to check the litter tray as I assumed another family member had cleaned it as there was no smell, but when I asked them what they thought of the new litter and they told me they hadn't been cleaning up after the cat, I rushed to check and there were three poos and no one noticed because there was no smell! Obviously now I make sure we check throughout the day, but it's such a relief to not have to light a candle and air the room after she's just used it. I'm going to be buying Tigerino all the time from now on! Also, this cat litter doesn't really seem to find it's way out of the dome-shaped litter tray like the leading brand I used to use.

We have tried a few different brands of clumping cat litter and had issues with smell despite other reviews saying no smell. We decided to try the silicate litter and what a difference! It doesn't clump - it absorbs the urine. My litter tray is cleaner at the end of the 10 days than if I had used clumping litter too. We have 2 cats and the litter lasts between 7 - 10 days. They share the litter box. We have tried all 3 variants and I prefer the Flower power one. I cannot recommend enough. we do get some tracking but we had that with all the other products we tried too.

Excellent litter. Light and in small 5l packets. No tracking at all. No dust in the house and on the cat / paws. 1 litter tray, 1 packet would last 8 days in a 4 indoor cat household. My mum has 1 cat and 1 packet lasts her 4 weeks. I scoop away poop 2-3 times daily directly into the toilet. The lavender and flower power scent releases when you stir the urine / yellow crystals. YOU MUST STIR LITTER FOR THE URINE TO DRY OUT. Don't be put off by the yellow colour, throw the lot away when you can start to smell urine. It is also excellent if you have an unwell pet as you are able to monitor the colour of their urine for kidney diseases and such as it contrasts with the white colour of the crystals.

I've only been using this cat litter a few days and so far its great! I have 2 house cats and usually have to change the litter every 3 or 4 days but 3 days later and you wouldn't even know it had been used, absolutely no bad smells coming from it and still completely dry!

This litter is brilliant! Just as effective as the normal Tigerino, but smells so fresh! Even after it had been used for a fortnight, (with occasional stirring and removal of "solids") the litter tray still smelt amazingly fresh. I shall buy this every time now.

Good cat litter, and it doesn't start to smell either. Just make sure to remove the droppings. Not giving 5 stars because of the high purchase price.

I actually find these pellets much too coarse; they don't seem comfortable for cat paws. They also don't absorb any odour, and within a few days a strong, unpleasant smell develops (and yes, I scoop the litter box daily, so that's not the issue). On the plus side, they don't create dust, which is nice. But mainly because of the intense, pungent smell, I'm really dissatisfied with this product.

For years we used bentonite litter, and even then, we always went for the better quality ones. This one was on a good deal now, so we gave it a try. We’d never used silicone litter before, so this was our first time. It turned out to be a really pleasant surprise. Even the cat took to it straight away. The scent is still great after more than two weeks of use. I don’t get the negative reviews about this product. It absorbs moisture brilliantly and doesn’t let any smells escape. Compared to bentonite, there’s hardly any dust at all. I think it was a good buy and from now on, this is what I’ll be getting.

I only buy silica litter now because I find it absorbs much better than mineral litter and also neutralises bad smells more effectively. But when I tried this one, not only did it have no floral scent at all, even though it was supposed to. And after testing it, this litter barely absorbs bad odours and doesn’t last long at all. It also says it’s clumping litter, but it’s not. I wouldn’t recommend this brand.

I don't know if they've changed the formula or if this is just a test batch, but you shouldn't put something like this on the market. The urine goes straight to the bottom and the litter smells really bad. Before, I used to change the Tigerino silica for one cat every 3 weeks, but now with this version I have to change it after a week at most. I do NOT recommend it!

My cat really loves it. It's easy to clean and lasts a long time.

We have 3 cats, so we need 3 packs every 15 days. It's really good.
