Tigerino Crystals Clumping Cat Litter – Sensitive (Unscented)

I was really disappointed with this cat litter. It doesn’t clump properly at all, it just breaks into lots of small pieces, which completely defeats the purpose of clumping litter. We got through three bags in no time because so much had to be thrown away. Unfortunately, it ended up being a complete waste of money.

The description says "low dust", but we found so much dust that we had to stop using it. On top of that, it dried out our skin and we had to wear gloves to clean the litter. Now we have unopened bags that we won’t be using.

We tried it, but this litter doesn’t suit either my tomcat or me. If the cat uses the litter box while we’re not at home and can’t clean it right away, within a few hours the litter literally turns into a boulder that can’t be removed even with a scoop, because it sticks to the bottom of the box. When washing and disinfecting, the litter remnants in the box turn into a kind of sticky gel that can’t be rinsed off or wiped away—it’s just awful. Tigerino litters are good quality, but I definitely recommend the classic silica type, not the clumping one.

I bought it by mistake and I deeply regret it. It hardens like cement and is so fine that I find it scattered everywhere, all over the house. Horrible. Avoid.
