Tigerino Plant-Based Litter Corn Pellets - Sensitive (Unscented)

This cat litter works really well, but the packaging is very easily damaged during shipping.

Excellent litter used by 3 indoor cats. Doesn’t track and good absorption and no smell. Only issues I have is the packaging it comes in. It’s paper bag and not tea strong enough for the job, ending up tearing in transit from Zooplus to me. Usually loosing 1/2 in box or leaking elsewhere.

Clumps really well, doesn’t track, easy to scoop & not dusty but does have a very distinct smell! Trying a scented version instead next time!

My two cats are both long haired, other litter has tended to stick to them, and for some strange reason, the male cat eats mineral based litter. The corn clumps well, is easy to maintain and does not track. It works well for our house cats.

These are like small pellets rather than the sandy or oaty texture of other litters. Heavier too which means less gets tracked! It is very good at clumping, best I’ve ever used. Comes away from the sides of the tray easily. But I recommend breaking it up a bit in the toilet bowl before flushing it, or it can get stuck at the bottom of the bowl. And best not to put too much in at a time as it’s heavier than other kinds of litter when wet.

Positive: 1. The litter effectively masks the smell of faeces. 2. Good clumping ability. 3. There’s significantly less dust compared to bentonite clay. 4. The litter is soft and my cat likes to dig in it. 5. The litter doesn’t stick to my cat’s long fur or paws, and hasn’t spread outside the litter box. Negative: 1. The clumps break apart easily when handled. 2. The corn litter consists of larger granules than bentonite clay, so you might need to change your scoop.

No smell of silica and very little odour of droppings. No dust, I remove the poo every day and flush it down the toilet (avoid flushing clumping litter so you don’t block your pipes). The only downside is that my cat likes to nibble on it when it’s clean... All in all, it’s still the best I’ve tried.

I think it's a nice product overall. There is some dust involved, but I like the size of the granules. The cats also like it. You can definitely smell that it's made from corn, so it's certainly not odourless.

Tigerino Corn Litter. Excellent litter IF the place where you store the litter bag AND the litter boxes themselves are completely DRY. If there’s any humidity in the area, EVEN SLIGHT, the used litter goes mouldy really quickly. That’s honestly the only downside, because otherwise the litter is perfect :)

The litter is perfect and suits my 3 cats really well, but the bag isn’t very sturdy and often arrives torn open. As someone with reduced mobility, I can’t even begin to explain how difficult it is to clean up when that happens.

I’ve been using the corn-based cat litter for over a year now and I’m almost completely satisfied with it. It really helped me out when my younger tomcat wasn’t neutered yet and the smell in the litter box after he’d been was just awful. But the litter handled it so well that I haven’t even thought about switching to anything else since. The only downside is that after they use the toilet, a bit of the litter gets left next to the tray, which is why I’m taking off one star.

I’ve been using corn-based grit for years. I used to get Benek Corn, but its quality has really gone downhill. This one is good quality. Clumps reasonably well, though there is some tracking. The smell is okay. But I do find the price quite high.

Really great cat litter made from corn. Stays fresh-smelling for a long time—several weeks. We have 3 litter boxes for 4 cats. The most cost-effective combo is mixing this litter with Catsan Natural. TOP combination and stays FRESH even longer. My absolute favourite is the Catsan Natural. Stays fresh for weeks!! But our long-haired cats track it out of the box too much. In that case, Tigerino is the second best! And ideally mixed with Catsan Natural. I used to really like Extreme Classic. But if you have a sprayer, this is the best choice!!
