Tigerino Nuggies Cat Litter XL-Grain – Baby Powder Scent

Omg this is the worst cat litter I have ever used. I bought 4 bags of this awful stuff so I am stuck with 3 unopened bags. My cats hated it but still used it. I hated it even more. Any clumps that did form just broke apart when scooping the litter box but most of it just stayed wet and loose in the box which was left stinking after 3/4 days. I had to purchase more bags of the fine grained nuggies which is what I meant too buy in the fist place but stupidly order the course grained one.

This is my preferred kind of litter as the grains are nice and large which means less gets kicked out of the litter box. The scent is very mild, I don't even notice it.

Having tried many litters from here in the past, I thought I'd try coarse grain as I was fed up of fine ones being tracked all over the house, while this solved the problem and the tracking was 80% less, I found that when it clumps it uses up a hell of a lot of the litter, after topping it up to a good few cm depth after one day, scooping left barely any, it also broke apart easy when sieving, and doesnt hold smell as well as others, when we filled it up there was also lots of dust produced

i have 23 cats and have tried numerous types and brands of litter and have yet to find one that both myself and the cats agree on until now. this is great, it clumps well, minimal tracking, reduces odour and is reasonable priced :)

We previously used the fine grain Nuggies litter and were very impressed with it. However, we have now tried the course grain and are very disappointed. While the fine grain form clumps very well the course grain does not. It breaks apart when lifted leaving urine soaked litter in the tray - the odour is much more pronounced now and the litter needs to be replaced far more often adding to the cost. Perhaps this should not be advertised as a 'clumping' product.

Clumps well, just the right size for my kittens to dig into and lasts up to a week between full changes. Does track easily but my cats are mid length fur so everything gets stuck in there.

Tried a few bags of the fine Tigerino one and kept tracking through the house despite having a top entry cat litter box. Also my cats love water so they would play with water and then decide they needed to use the litter box. They would come out with massive clay clumps on their paws which was far from ideal. Tried the coarse Tigerino and am really happy. With a top entry cat litter box it doesn't track, no more sticky clay paws and it still clumps the pee nicely and keeps the smell away!

This really is the poorest cat litter I've ever bought from Zooplus . Not the best clumping and stinks very bad after just few days.

Clumping really badly. After few days even though I’m picking everything it smells really really bad so I need to change the litter quite often (as with clumping litter I like to just pick up the clumps and refill, with this one 4 days is maximum). I put a lot of the litter to a litter box and it still sticks to the bottom and is hard to clean.

I've found this cat litter to be great, at least for me and my cat! It clumps EXTREMELY well, so well in fact, that for the first few days Pixel tried it, he was bringing his wee litter clumps down the stairs to me. (We'd been using wood pellets before hand.) And it smells great, luckily, as he won't use an enclosed tray now he's getting bigger. My only issue is that it DOES track but he's extremely fluffy and has fluffy paws.

I tried this instead of Tigerino Canada cat littler. The Nuggles do not clump which means that it is impossible to remove just the soiled/wet cat litter. The result is that the litter tray needs a complete change every few days. Not good value for money. I will stick to the Tigerino Canada cat litter in future.

Like others, I decided to try this as the small grain clumping litter got stuck in my cats paws and got dragged around the flat. The first couple of days I was delighted that it didn’t make a mess and didn’t smell. But after a couple of days the clumps of urine dissolved as I tried to remove them, leaving the litter box full of pee soaked litter. And after less than a week I have been forced to throw out a full litter box of litter as it is stinking out the whole flat. Will not buy again.

This cat litter is very good . It clumps well , can’t believe other people say it dosnt clump . I check the litter tray approx 4 times a day and remove any soiled litter . The wee is usually in a ball so makes it very easy. I have been using this litter for ages must be well over a year and had no problems.

We have tried many so far, different brands, clamping non clumping. Biggest issue we had has dust and tracing of litter everywhere. This litter is fantastic. Good value for value, nice scent, clumps very easy, not tracing, NO dust, but you do have to have a cover of at least 4in. Deffinetly recommend

This really is the poorest cat litter I've ever bought from Zooplus . One of the bags split when being lifted out of the box it arrived in and the litter hardly clumps. The cat's tray absolutely stunk of ammonia after a few days because it was impossible to remove a reasonable amount of wet cat litter.

I find my boy cat's wee doesn't clump well with the very fine grained litters so thought I'd give this a bash - it's great! Absolutely rock hard clumps! He does prefer the finer grained litters though, so I'm now using a 50/50 mix of this & the finer Nuggies & we're both 100% happy!

I used to buy the regular Tigerino clumping litter, and decided to give this one a try, as my cats used to get some of the finer litter grains stuck on their paws, spreading it around the flat. I thought the coarse grains would help, but the problem is that this litter does NOT clump at all. I only use clumping litter as I don't like replacing a whole tray of litter every few days to clean it, and I am having to do that with this terrible litter. If you like clumping litter, avoid this one!

The sand really does have very large granules and doesn’t clump properly. When you try to pick it up, even carefully, everything falls apart and the sand with urine spreads everywhere, leaving it all dirty and smelling of urine.

The package arrived damaged, taped up by the courier. Luckily, not much litter was lost. Unfortunately, from what I’m reading, there’s a big risk with this packaging… you never know how much litter will get lost during transport. As for the litter itself, I’d say it’s just okay. It’s dusty and gets spread around like any bentonite litter. The cats carry it on their paws. But that’s just how this type of litter is. It clumps well enough. It does a good job neutralising odours.

I used this litter for months for my cats (including 2 Maine Coons). It was awful—it creates a huge amount of dust! And it doesn’t clump the pee very well either. Since then, I’ve switched to the kitten version from the same brand. The grains are much finer (so the cats track more litter out), but it’s much less dusty and clumps much better.

I'm writing this because I thought it would clump better. The good thing is that when my cat does her business, it darkens so you know exactly which part to remove, but it's never solid. It crumbles a lot, I expected better to be honest. These days, to find a decent litter, you have to pay a fortune.

Doesn’t clump well, when scooping the clump falls apart, the house is covered in litter, lots of dust and it doesn’t mask the smell after the cat’s been to the tray. Honestly one of the worst purchases I’ve made.

It hardly clumps, sticks to the bottom and the clumps fall apart, making it smell bad even faster. For me, never this litter again!

The whole thing falls apart, the clumped bits from the pee break up instantly as soon as I try to scoop them, so it’s hard to keep the litter clean, and it barely has any scent at all. I’ll never buy this again.

This litter isn’t clumping, or it takes ages to do so. I won’t be buying it again.

I’m happy with the cat litter.

Very large grains, almost like little stones, and it doesn’t clump at all... Plus, it creates a lot of dust. The worst cat litter I’ve ever had... Really disappointing, as I used to order litter from this brand quite often...

It’s so dusty that my cat constantly has watery eyes. It’s also really unpleasant when pouring it in and cleaning out the litter box. And it doesn’t smell nice either.
