Great Product
I cannot understand the poor reviews for this product. I find it really good and wouldn’t want to try any other. I must admit I am retired, so I am able to scoop regularly which may make a difference.

Sanicat litter
Ok it will clump into a solid mass at the bottom of the tray but it’s amazing at neutralising the ammonia smell my husband would complained about, actually it smells v nice and if I tip it to one side then the other cleans up fine.

It's okay
Practically no dust, not when filling it up, nor when cleaning. Hardly any smell, the price is reasonable, but the clumps aren't quite as good as we need them to be. Since we have a Litter Robot 3, it cleans automatically, and unfortunately, the clumps break apart more than with other products. Otherwise, it's okay.

Surprisingly good
I started using this cheap litter when one of my three cats was infected with Giardia, and I had to change the litter every day—I didn’t want to have to throw away the expensive stuff.
When the urine is fresh, the clumps really break apart easily and stick to the bottom and edges of the tray. The older clumps, however, can be removed effortlessly.
During the Giardia infection, I lightly sprinkled some inexpensive coconut flour over the litter, which prevented the clumps from sticking, and I’ve continued doing that ever since.

Doesn't dust, coarse grain
The litter really doesn’t produce dust, or at most only minimally. Despite the very coarse texture, all three cats accept it. They prefer the favourite litter tray with this litter over the smaller tray with fine litter. The clumps are less stable, but still manageable. Odour control is not as good as with fine litters. You can’t win them all, can you?

OK
I really don’t understand the very bad reviews for the Sanicat fragrance free clumping cat litter. I’ve purchased it many times as I have multiple-cat household. I can’t fault the cat litter - it clumps ok and is fragrance-free which I prefer (I can’t stand the super strong fragrance of cat litters because they give me a headache; imagine what effect they must have on cats who have much much better sense of smell). I also recommend Biocat’s Micro Classic-good performance and kind on a wallet.

Better than expected
Hardly any dust at all. The granules are coarser than expected, but my spoiled four fluffballs still use it without any issues. Even after 10 days, the litter remains odour-neutral. However, it doesn’t clump as perfectly as the finer clumping litters I’m used to. That’s why you’ll need the right scoop to properly remove the crumbled bits. Hence, only 4 stars.

Good, but not completely satisfied
The litter is good, but after 2 days the clumps fall apart.
Otherwise, it's dust-free and doesn't stick to the paws as much. This means less mess overall.

No dust, good clumps, coarse
After several years of using Tigerino Canada and dealing with thick layers of dust all over the flat, I started looking for a new litter. My cats refused wood pellets. By chance, I discovered Sanicat. It’s a coarse litter, doesn’t produce dust, and there’s less litter scattered around the flat. The clumps are solid and don’t crumble for me! I use a scoop with very large holes, it’s like a kind of grid. This makes it easier to remove the clumps without them falling apart. I’ll keep an eye on the quality...

Not perfect, but finally dust-free!
Finally, I’ve found a litter that actually lives up to its promise of being "dust-free."
The clumping could be a bit better, as larger clumps tend to break apart quite quickly.
The odour isn’t always well contained since it’s fragrance-free, but "scent notes" are rare – I clean the litter box twice a day anyway.
Because of the absolute dust-free quality (!), I can clearly recommend this litter – finally, no more thick layers of dust on the furniture!

Actually dust-free, points deducted for clumping effect and coarse texture
I used this litter for the first time because the quality of Tigerino has declined so much. This one is really extremely low-dust, almost dust-free. However, I find that the clumps that form at the edges, so those that can't become proper clump balls, tend to crumble easily. I also find it quite coarse-grained. But all in all, I'll stick with this litter for now.
