Ever Clean® Instant Freshness Advanced Clumping Cat Litter

Bought this as I live in a flat with 2 cats and smells from the litter trays are a constant worry of mine. This absolutely covers up the nasty smells, but unfortunately when they do wees it doesn't form clumps like other litters I have used, but just becomes an immovable sludge at the bottom of the litter tray, really unpleasant to have to clean out! For the price the hassle it caused for me cleaning the trays is absolutely not worth it. Really disappointed.

I've used it for 10 years. 3 cats used the same litter box and there was no smell spreading. Nowadays there's only one cat left and the litter box starts to smell really quickly. I wonder if there's been a change in production.

I bought this after using Cat’s Best Original because I wanted something long-lasting that formed harder clumps, but these clumps turn out almost sticky and they don’t smell very nice. Every time the cat uses the litter box, there’s a cloud of dust, which has made my cat start coughing. I wouldn’t recommend this, especially considering the price!

It's OK in terms of smell and clumping effect. The problem is that it sticks really badly to the plastic litter box and you have to scrape so hard to get it off that it scratches the plastic. I won't buy it again.
