Last few bags are near useless. Extremely dusty and clumping is a hit and miss. Just cancelled my repeat order.

I always liked using this litter, but unfortunately, the quality keeps getting worse. It no longer clumps properly, so everything ends up sticking to the scoop and the toilet like clay. Sadly, I won’t be using it anymore.

Normally using other brand, but was out of stock. Decided to try this one and bought 4 bags. Clumps spread out instead of stay solid. Very very strong smell of ammonia, burning your eyes. Terrible, never again!

Clumps only for the first few days and then starts breaking up even with regular cleaning. The room stinks of ammonia and I feel the need to change the full tray almost every week. Wasteful.

This is terrible litter for multi cat households don’t bother wasting you money

I ordered this based on the excellent reviews as a change to my normal super clumping litter. I cannot understand how the product has such good reviews !! In a multi cat household this litter lost the ability to clump within 2 days which resulted in fouled litter remaining in the tray and the urine smell was overwhelming to the point a number of my cats objected to using the trays at all. The one (and only) plus point I could say for this litter is the low dust

I’ve been buying this litter for about 2 years, have 3 cats, and was always impressed until now. It clumps well and absorbs odours very effectively. However, the last order really disappointed me – the clumps start falling apart at the slightest touch after a very short time, and it begins to smell. The quality of the litter, especially at this price, no longer convinces me. Such a shame, I won’t be buying this litter again.

For the same price. Last time it was still 12 litres.

I bought one bag of this litter for my four cats because I wanted to try out different types of litter. This litter is extremely dusty, smells awful, and if you step on it, it really hurts—it feels like walking on tiny stones. Never again!!!!

I relied on the good reviews and ordered 4 bags straight away. Despite constant cleaning, the litter smells horribly of urine. The whole flat stinks so much that you'd think the cats had peed somewhere. I have 4 cats and am trying out which litter doesn't get tracked around the flat as much. I've never experienced such a stench as with this litter.

Based on the many reviews, I ordered this litter as well, but I’m very disappointed. 1. It’s very dusty 2. Strong smell of urine 3. Hardly any clumping. Worst litter ever – the cat litter box smells so strongly of urine, ugh, disgusting. Please don’t buy it.

Unfortunately, this litter is anything but "dust-free," as it says on the bag. I specifically bought it for that reason. Even when filling the litter box, it creates dust, and since I had my shoes nearby, I now sadly have white shoes instead of black ones :-) Otherwise, the litter isn't bad, but the fact that the manufacturer labels it as "dust-free" is absolutely outrageous!!! That's why I'm only giving it 1 star, as the "dust-free" claim was the deciding factor for my purchase!!!

Diamond Care is so highly praised, but I’m really disappointed! It smells strongly of urine after a short time, and the clumps fall apart as soon as you touch them!!! On top of that, there’s hardly a corner in my flat that’s free of litter! No thanks, never again!!!!!

I let myself be swayed by the good reviews, but I absolutely cannot understand them. The clumps stick to the entire litter box, meaning I have to deep clean it more often, but the worst part is the dust. I've never experienced this with any other litter. Everything around the cat litter box has ended up with a thick layer of dust... and cleaning it is extremely unpleasant when you're constantly hit by a cloud of dust. So I can only advise against it...

I bought this litter because of the good reviews, as I’m still looking for a good alternative for the second litter box. Since my cat always digs right down to the bottom, every litter so far has stuck to the floor and the scoop. But this litter is just unbelievable – sometimes it’s so wet that I can barely get it off the scoop, I actually have to scrape it off. The crumbling also makes cleaning take ages. So I’ll have to keep looking for a suitable litter.
