After we got our two little British Shorthair kittens, we were overjoyed. But that joy quickly disappeared because, honestly, our entire house started to stink. We also have underfloor heating, and our previous cat litter did absolutely nothing to contain the odours. I did some research online and eventually came across this cat litter. I can recommend it to everyone. The odours truly disappeared all at once. It clumps wonderfully, making cleaning the litter tray an absolute breeze!!!!

Went through two bags of this but while it would clump brilliantly for the first week it did not maintain that standard. Clumps would collapse crumbling in the scoop as it was being moved. I have two litter trays in different locations and it was the same for both (so wasn’t the environment as one was in a humid location and the other very dry). Using it for a month meant it started to become like a sticky clay at the bottom of the tray that required scraping to get loose.

At first, I thought it was good, but after my three cats gradually peed in it or left their stool there, and I didn’t clean it up immediately but an hour later, it started to smell intensely like ammonia. I was genuinely disappointed and relieved when I replaced it. Unfortunately, I had bought two bags, so I have to use them up bit by bit. I’ve been mixing it with the scent of another cat litter to make it more bearable.

This is great, it forms solid clumps and lasts a long time if all the smallest of clumps are removed.

The litter is very fine, which my cat really likes. It is low in dust, but not completely dust-free. The clumping is good once it has dried a bit; otherwise, it crumbles somewhat. The odour control is the best so far. However, I don’t think it’s particularly economical.

I happened to start my cat-owning journey with this cat litter. In the meantime, I’ve tested various other products, but none of them worked for us. I don’t like the artificially pleasant scents (how must that be for the cats?!), nor when the litter is too coarse. This one is perfect. It’s fine, clumps brilliantly, and doesn’t smell.

For odour control and low dust, it's fine, but otherwise, not good. You end up finding it all over the house with a strong "beach sand" effect – I've never experienced it this bad with any other litter. The clumping isn't as it should be either, just lots of tiny mini-clumps that you can only get rid of by completely replacing the litter. I'm disappointed with this litter.

After trying out numerous types from different manufacturers, the search for the right litter has finally come to an end.

I’ve tested many types of cat litter recently, and Biokat's Diamond Care Classic with charcoal is my personal winner! + Excellent clumping + TOP odour control (I assume the charcoal is the magic ingredient here) + Very economical + Free from chemical fragrances + Great value for money - Spreads quite a bit around the house, but it’s easy to sweep up and can be removed from the sofa & bed without much trouble - The granules are really hard, which might possibly cause scratches on laminate flooring

I was a bit more excited about it before I ordered it... it's the 10L bag, not massively heavy (around 8kg), and the odour control is OK, but I had hoped for more... I find it a bit overpriced for what it does...

Doesn't clump particularly well. I'm therefore switching to a different cat litter. Additionally, it doesn't absorb odours very effectively due to the litter's rather poor clumping. My roll-over cat litter box is no longer usable with this litter.

I purchased this litter along with Tigerino Nuggies. Have one litter tray of each in the house. Both cats using only the tray with Biokat diamond and leaving the other tray unused. I had two bags of Tigerino ,probably won’t be used. Will always use Biokat diamond in future and purchase along with my foodorder. Always pleased with Zooplus delivery. Is so quick.

I’ve never had better litter when it comes to odour control. It doesn’t smell at all. One star deducted because it’s very dusty and the little stones get carried out of the litter box. But I can live with that as long as it doesn’t smell.

Sure, you pay a bit more, but the cat litter is really long-lasting and, above all, completely odourless. I have two tomcats, and you can’t smell a thing. I’m happy to spend the extra few euros for that.

Good odour control, spreads less around the flat compared to some other types of litter. However, the clumps aren't as rock-solid as, for example, Tigerino, and the three packs last about 7 weeks for my two indoor cats... Hence, a deduction in points.

Great cat litter. So far, the best odour control. It's nice and fine with minimal dust. The clumping isn't always perfect.

It not only binds odours very well – so much so that our dog, who otherwise likes to "snack" on a little pile now and then, no longer notices when a cat has been to the litter box. The tracking factor is also minimal, and the clumps are nice and firm and small.

Pleasantly soft litter, makes a good first impression. Good odour control, normal dust formation. However, the litter is unfortunately so fine that it sticks to the paws and ends up scattered quite a distance from the litter box around the house. Such a shame, as otherwise I would have been really satisfied.

So far, the best litter I've ever had. Good odour control. Very fine sand, so nothing seeps through to the floor. It does create dust when pouring, but that's just the fine abrasion from the litter during transport. Simply pour it slowly, and it will dust less. Very good clumping. However, it does take some time for the clumps to harden. You can leave it in the litter box for a long time without it starting to smell. Of course, you need to top up the litter and clean the box regularly.
