An expensive product that has never worked as promised. I’ve been in contact with them for over a year, each time I tell them the problems, they keep me hanging on with promises that a new door will fix the issue. It didn’t. A whole new flap was sent. The problems persisted. They assured me it wasn’t the hub. They blamed “cat behaviour” yep! It’s MY FAULT that my cat exits & enters through the flap in a way that is so wild that their product can’t reasonably be expected to work for. Don’t buy.

You NEED the hub otherwise buy a basic flap. Without the hub - only set indoor/outdoor access. Change - de-register and register cat/s each time individually. Certainly not practical when you want cats to stay in at night and go out during the day. and/or have different permissions depending on each cat. To top it off you need to position the hub within line of sight of the hub AND connect it to your router at the same time.....a feat nigh on impossible in most households.
