Oh oh - I wouldn't have thought that.
But our little new furry kids can bite straight through this net – we absolutely need to replace the net for safety reasons.

No reliable network
We bought this cat net to allow our tomcat to sit on the windowsill with the window open.
Unfortunately, this net is not suitable for that purpose, as the threads can be easily chewed through by cats, which our tomcat managed to do in no time. Ideally, a net with wire reinforcement would be better.
Not recommended for purchase.

Disappointed
We have 4 cats, 3 of them go out onto the balcony, and these three managed to break the net, even with wire reinforcement, after just 4 days...

Leo only needs a few minutes
The net itself is good, but my tomcat bites through the "wires" in no time at all without any trouble.

Cat net with wire reinforcement
We've been using the net daily for a month now, and it delivers on what it promises.
However, the workmanship is far from great, as the wire is simply wrapped around the fabric net. It often sticks out or has sharp edges. If you have two cats, like we do, who like to press their noses against the net or occasionally claw at it, it can become dangerous.
I wouldn't buy it again.

oddly cut
I had ordered a 2x3m long net. However, since the net is not cut in a rectangular shape but rather in a diamond shape, you can't fully utilise the 2x3m dimensions. This odd cut also makes it very complicated to install, as you practically can't pull it taut – there are always waves left. The rope provided for fastening isn't good either; with this rope, it's only possible to attach it to the tension rods, which you can also order here, with great difficulty. We don't have our cats yet, so I can't comment on its bite resistance. I just hope it holds, because otherwise, behind the window, there's a steep drop of several metres straight onto the main road.

After almost 2 years, falling apart
I bought the net almost 2 years ago and built an outdoor enclosure. When we expanded it recently and pulled the net out of the ground, it tore quite quickly near the ground. When we tested it further up, it also tore – though it required a bit more force.
Conclusion: replace it after 2 years at the latest. I've now gone for the Trixie net. Let's see if it's more durable.

Very disappointed
Compared to the Trixie cat net, this is rubbish: stiffer rope, poorly twisted steel wire AND the meshes (knots) come undone or are loosely tied. The higher price of the Trixie cat net is definitely worth it!
